Awesome Customer Service from Jamie! Ran into a few snags because I tried to order using the website, instead of the app, which led to the delivery of my order being delayed because of a technical glitch. However, when I called the restaurant, Jamie not only looked into my order, but ended up delivering it himself, personally, when he realized just how long we had been waiting for our food. That’s precisely the kind of experience I wish I got more of back home in NYC. Jamie’s willingness to go out of his way to get my family (which included 3 hungry kids) fed, really reflects upon what true Southern Hospitality is all about.

I was hugely disappointed. But also starving. Gone are the day’s where a pizza place actually serves you. In thier defense….it was a hour (HOUR) before closing time. Sunday nite at 9. The kids and i drove from Indiana to Tennessee (Wilders at the smokeys) The excitement of the water park when we arrived at 5 p.m. the kids wasn’t thinking about food. About 830, now thier getting hungry. All the restaurant in the hotel closed at 9. As we did some research we noticed most restaurants close at 10 in the small town. So we hurry, and are in route like a bunch of wild starving bears. On the strip in a somewhat empire parking lot we see a pizza hut-slim pickins but hopefully they will have the famous buffet, we can all eat quickly and be out of thier way. Its me, 2 19 year olds and a 10 year old. We got this. Walk in, you place your order at the desk. ?? No waitress? Ok, no biggie. Asked about the buffet, says its “Closed until we get staffed” ugh, bummer. Ok, let’s try to make it simple. 1 large stuffed crust pizza. And bread sticks. 4 drinks.

Finally after 2 years we have inside dining, but no table service, have to order at the counter then go back up and pick it up. Instead of being in a nice hot pan it’s thrown in a box like a to go order. Even expected to throw your own trash like your at a fast food restaurant. Pizza was good but just a mini step above take out.

Sad to see how far down Pizza Hut has fallen. There are empty coveted buffets, no longer used. They will not use the fountain gor drinks, only bottled. Only reason I’m giving 2 stars is the food was okay.

Pizza Hut was OK, things ate changing fir the restaurant chain. At thus particular restaurant, you can only buy bottled drinks, no ice, or fountain drinks. Which in my opinion, is only going to hurt business. Not only this restaurant but other Pizza Hut restaurants ate making huge changes. Which in turn will slow business down when guest start to see what is happening. The food was great, but I refuse to pay that much money for a bottled drink.

Both the Pan and thin crust pizza were cooked correctly and tasted great. Service was excellent. I wish this Pizza Hutt was near our home in Louisiana cause if it was I would be here regularly. Salad bar was well stocked with fresh ingredients.

Horrible they treat you like they don’t want you there, you only get one drink. 3 dollars for 20 Oz bottle of soda I could have walked next door to zoomers and got two of them for that price, and maybe wouldn’t have had go a scavenger hunt for plates and plastic dinner wear. There were bugs crawling on table. Horrible
