Low-key the best pizza hut in the area. The food is always good, but the staff is awesome. Hunter is always a pleasure to talk to and interact with. The rest of the staff and deliver drivers are great too. I tell people to drive out of their way to go to this location.

I’m not a huge pizza hut fan, but they had a good special, and with inflation, we have to save when we can. I have to admit the staff was slammed but super nice, and the pizza tasted like it did when I was a kid. Definitely give this location a try.

Kudos to this amazing location, and the superb staff here. This is the best quality in service, and food of any pizza place in Knoxville other than another Pizza Hut, but this is my favorite. They go above and beyond the right way, and always ensures my happiness. My kids also highly approve, and ask to go here anytime they want some pizza. Great job.

They came to my rescue a few years back. You want know how? A few years back my ex didn’t want to pay child support so I was discouraged. I didn’t have much money and the rec center was free for a party. The store manager over herd what was going on and to my surprise he asked how much I had to spend on pizza. I told him I had $30.00 total and made her cake. This saved me a little money. He told me save ten dollars for cokes and for 1 topping pizza I cold get 5 pizza for $5 each. I couldn’t believe it, he saved the day for my daughter!! The employees all gave the rest of the money for the pizzas. I started to cry. My thanks go out to the rec center and the workers at Pizza Hut. God bless you all.

It took about 2 hrs for our order to be delivered and they forgot our drink the pizza was undercooked and when I tried to call I got a recording saying they were closed! Mind you they are open until midnight and it was only 730! I also couldn’t go online for their survey because my receipt apparently doesn’t have a survey code! I can understand being busy but this is just unprofessional all the way around!
