If you want a mediocre pizza with awful customer service, hit the order button. Terrible experience at this store. I placed a carry out order and received the wrong pizza. I called the store and the manager on duty didn’t want to help fix the issue. She told me I needed to bring back the whole pizza to get a replacement. I told her the correct half was gone and I wanted a replacement for the part they didn’t make correctly. She told me that she wasn’t able to do that. She offered a credit for the error but couldn’t refund my order. I told her that wasn’t acceptable and I wanted either a full refund or a property made pizza. She then hung up on me. I went to the store to speak with the manager on duty. She refused to come speak with me and made her associates speak with me. She never once apologized for the inconvenience or apologized for screwing up my order. I then asked for the Gms name and number and not a single person in the store could provide me this information. Terrible experience.

I appreciate this Pizza Hut! They are conveniently located on my way home, and it’s one of my kids favorite pizzas (thin crust pepperoni with extra cheese!). Of course,i grew up loving the traditional pan pizza, especially a supreme, but need to get fewer carbs these days, so thin crust when I’m being good. This Pizza Hut is always timely and they do a good job of hiring friendly people.

I order from this place at least every other week. I’ve never had an issue with my order until tonight. I ordered boneless wings and got traditional wings. I work in food and know how it is to make a mistake so I don’t blame them just focus on the order a little more and don’t rush yourself it’ll cause mistakes like this

Ordered pizza like normal and used my rewards for a dessert, I never got the dessert and when I asked about it I was continuously put on hold….So I guess I’ve used my rewards by sitting on hold because it’s not coming! Customer service was horrible!!!

If you order from here order online. I was out and about and decided to stop in and get something to go. No menus. No prices. Had to look it all up online anyway. Very rude staff as well so I left and won’t be back to this location.

Just tried the new Big Ew Yorker…very disappointed…I even called the store and although the manager Rich was quite apologetic, as was Door Dash, neither did anything to appease my disappointment. Will be calling Customer service

Disappointed on the lack of safety from this place. Blocks front entrance of store with employees car all day long. Every day in a fire lane also making traffic go around them which is also a safety hazard. As far as I know that is against fire regulations and should be towed. Just to lazy to park in a parking spot.
