I order here all the time under my husbands profile. The last two times have been bad. The manager here is amazing might I add. I just got a delivery and 2 items were missing this time. The pizza that I bought with the code that was given to me from the last occasion and cinnamon rolls with my hunt rewards. I had to call in to remind the crew member to have door dash get my food. When I got it was cold and as I stated items were missing. Also there wasn’t a delivery seal sticker on the box. I don’t usually have this experience but these last two times have been a mess. I hope my issue can be resolved.

Terrible service, answered phone with attitude after the food was TWO HOURS LATE, then proceeded to ask if we wanted it delivered after that’s what we had put in for. Just to find out they haven’t had a delivery driver in SEVEN MONTHS. Pizza was cold and refused to even discount because they messed up. Don’t order from this place absolute garbage.

This Pizza Hut is one of the most trashy, incompetent, filthy, trifling, insensitive, and careless business I have EVER experienced. I have ordered a simple pepperoni and sausage pizza around 12:53 P.M. and the employee said it was gonna be 25-30 minutes. It is now 2:23 P.M and the pizza still have not arrived. I literally live 3/4 of a mile away and it should not have taken an extremely long time to deliver a pizza. Although the maximum number of stars i can give is 1, i give this Pizza Hut location a -5-Star Rating. I am INTENSELY FURIOUS!! .

The Buffalo chicken pizza wasn’t prepared correctly. It had a sweet taste to it but the young lady at the register was very sweet and good at her job. I could tell she was tired but she was still cheerful and helpful

This is the worst Pizza Hut I’ve ever been too and that’s my favorite thing to eat.. they walk from outside and go straight to cooking your food not one person wash their hands. The guy at the register was playing with his hair then try to open my box to show me my food. I will never eat her again . Oh and not to mention one guy was walking around the store with a blunt in his mouth. They need to shut them down

Terrible service as usual, had an ordered scheduled for deliver and called because it was late. Had to talk to a store manager and they told me that they canceled my order because the store was “closed” it wasn’t. It was open when I looked it up. They at least should’ve called me to say they cancelled it or sent an email. I’ve got very hungry and angry people at this party now. I’ll be going to Papa John’s, Little Caesars, or literally any other pizza place from now on

I ordered a salty pizza from this location today and I received a $10 Tastemaker, 3 topping pizza with bacon, banana peppers, and hamburger, and I did not receive all of the toppings. Just taste salt on the pizza. I called Pizza Hut, Get well Rd, Memphis, TN. I called the manager and stated my concerns about the pizza. I told him that I received very little toppings and I had eaten some of the slices. He stated it was Ok and to bring it back. When I arrived at the location, the manager changed his mind. He stated he could do nothing with 3 slices of pizza. He would not make it over after he stated he would. He is not properly trained and should be removed from this location. This location is in the Ghetto and it needs a make over inside and out. It needs another manager and the cook needs to be replaced as well. Pizza Hut needs someone who does business correctly to satisfy the customers. I would have never thought this location would be so harsh. I will never be back again. The windows, floors, and doors needs sanitizing and cleaned. No pizza hut signs are visible inside or on the windows of the location. Why ask for a tip on the order form if the pizza is not done right?
