Meat Lovers melt was tasty and prepared in a timely manner. The sauce was fantastic. Online ordering and pick up process went smooth. Downsides are the establishment is sort of small and the kitchen looked a bit questionable.

These were absolutely disgusting, dry, and mostly rock hard & they weren’t nearly covered in the correct sauce. I was missing some also! That I couldn’t even believe. I’ve never in my life ran into something like this with a business. There is a reason this particular location has 3 stars. I would just save your money and take it to the South side location or go support a different business.

Called and ordered a pizza for delivery. They charged our card and then the pizza never showed up. We called multiple times to address the situation and they just kept saying they didn’t see an order for us. They kept “forwarding the call to the supervisor to help” and the call would just go silent. Out of $20 and no food. SCAM.

The pizza hut at 605 carriage house drive in Jackson tn took my order, took my money, never brung my order. They scammed me out of my money. When i called the number back the person I talked to said they didn’t see my order. So when they said they was taking my order, they apparently lied about it. I will never use this pizza hut ever again and ud advise others nit to use it either

Both pizzas were wrong. One was missing a piece. The other’s dough was still raw in the middle. The breadsticks weren’t even brown. The chicken Alfredo was burnt. Worst experience I’ve ever had in a pizza restaurant.
