The new double pocket pizzas are great. Generous portion and good price. I hate the new menus as there are no prices!!! You have to stand with employee as they enter your request into their register so you can get the price. Henderson, TN location does not have dine in due to remodeling. Only pick up & delivery orders.

A mistake was made on my part. I called the restaurant and in a polite manner I told them that my order was short. Before realizing it was correct, I talked to the manager and let them know that I had overlooked a few items. They were glad that everything was ok with my order and thanked me for choosing Pizza Hut.

I messed up my delivery address and they delivered it before I could fix the mistake. Someone took the order they didn’t pay for, but instead of charging me twice, they fixed a new one and brought it to me. Customer service is above and beyond. Thank you so much!
