The restaurants staff is very friendly and attentive. The restaurant is clean and so are the bathrooms . There is decent parking available for people who choose to order here. It is a to-go only restaurant. I must say that I rarely order pizza hut pizza though because I don’t enjoy the taste of their ingredients at all!! It’s something that I decided to try again last minute and was again disappointed. Tried 1 slice and tried to give the rest away (with no takers!). I can’t recommend the food, but the service is of good quality .

Food cooked perfectly!. I always ask for my wings to be fried hard or cooked longer than normal cook time and they deliver everytime!. Also, everyone is always so nice and great tone of voice even under pressure when they’re busy. Excellent service all around!.

With so many choices nowadays for pizza and When you need a good pizza at a reasonable price, Pizza Hut is the place to go. Ever since I was a kid, getting the personal pan pizza’s were always the best. The book it program got me to read books and get free pizza! They still do that same program to this very day. Great job pizza hut!!! Keep up the great work!

I had a pick up today at the Nashville Highway Columbia Tennessee store. I walked in and my pizza was ready and hot Ryan took care of me he is very good and customer service had a smile and a pleasant way of handling customers. You could see that he just wanted to make the customers feel special. Any questions I had he answered and he was able to help me out. I have come to this location many times and this is my first encounter with Ryan and I hope he will take care of me each and every time because he is a Gem, and Pizza Hut and that location is lucky to have him.
