Waited almost 2 hours for my order never received any update except that it was in the oven being made. I ordered at 10:23pm called customer service at 11:55pm it was supposed to be delivered at 11:03pm. Customer service told me they canceled my order because of having no drivers I received no phone call, email, or update in the app and the money was still taken out of my account, I understand things happen but if they wouldve given me a call or email I would’ve had time to order from somewhere else now we are going without dinner and I have to go to the 24hr gas station to get snacks just to have something to eat.

So I’ve had nothing but issues with this location. I love Pizza Hut and their products but this location has failed to deliver multiple times. One day I was over an hour away working I ordered dinner for my kids and they said I had to pick it up. By the time I got back to that side of town it was over an hour later and they refused to remake my order even though they were supposed to deliver it. So they just refunded it and I had to go elsewhere for food. Here we are again today ordered an hour ago and they are late again! Will pizza even show up? Good question!

My favorite pizza is a Stuffed Crust pepperoni. They just served me the best stuffed crust pizza I’ve ever had. Awesome experience, I ordered through mobile and the pizza was ready when I got there. Piping hot and just a perfect pizza. These guys really out did themselves and the guy at the counter was very polite as well. So whoever it is that signs the checks for the employees, that crew deserves a raise or at the least a bonus for excellence beyond anything I’ve come to expect from Pizza Hut. Also, to those that were working, you are appreciated and acknowledged. Keep up the great work. Even if you don’t see it bringing instant results towards your benefit, you can bet that it will if you continue applying that level of effort in everything you do. Thank you.

usually our pizzas are ok but the last couple times either something has been wrong or the sauce is non existent leaving the pizza dry and unenjoyable im still waiting for the refund of the last pizza i didnt recieve about a month ago

Awful experience, online order took over an hour even though was supposed to be ready according to the app over 40 minutes earlier. Extremely understaffed. Food not too standard. Would not recommend going to this Pizza Hut store.

This Pizza Hut needs have their Head GM FIRED IMMEDIATELY❗ I felt so bad for the assistant GM after seeing her get completely obliterated by customers because she was basically working alone on a super busy Friday night. No one could get to the phone, customers were very angry and excessively rude especially when they could see that this poor lady basically had zero help from two classless, rude, and lazy employees who were not helping to calm customers or ring up their pizzas which some had been ready for hours.
