Traveling through town and wished we had checked the reviews before ordering pizza to be delivered to our room at Holiday Inn. We ordered a medium thin supreme and was told it would be a forty five minute wait. Pizza was delivered, we paid in cash and tipped the young man. When we open our box we had a pepperoni pizza. We called immediately thinking they had two pizzas to deliver and just gave us the wrong one. We were on the phone for over a half hour trying to get our money back. We sent a photo of pizza as requested and still no help with coupon or refund. Now we know why Pizza Hut is no longer in our area if this is how they do business.

The only thing that was good about my order, was the young lady that, dropped it off…. The older lady on the phone was not speaking clearly and she got my order wrong Plus she had an attitude… I will not be eating here again. I had high hopes but I was wrong.

If I could give 0 stars I would. To start off with the girl had an attitude and she didn’t take my order right. I ordered $30 worth of food just to get it home n it was not what I ordered n was messy n just thrown together. We ate it anyway since we were hungry n it was $30 but we will never eat there again.

I tried another brand pizza for awhile but am excited to find this Pizza Hut has delicious pizza and wonderful service. Our pizza had a generous portion of topping and the best thin and crispy crust ever! Great service, great pizza!
