Holly Bush Location in Brandon. Very rude employees including the manager. Will hang up in your face for asking questions, I was hung up on 2 x’s. Placed my order at 3:29 was told it would be delivered by 3:59 it’s 5 miles down the road. My kids had 2 small pizzas. It didn’t arrive until 4:18, cold and box was open when guy came to the door. Told me my food was sealed and it wasn’t. Just poor service all together. Have ordered from here plenty times. Will never order here again.

Terrible customer service, placed an order and driver brought wrong order I ordered pasta a sandwich and wings he apologized and took it back and when I called to ask if they were going to bring the right order the manager told me driver brought right order but I refused and wouldn’t bring the order I asked for, good thing I chose to pay cash totally unacceptable customer service but matches the quality so I ordered uber eats instead, do not order from this location you will be disappointed and they don’t care about making the customer happy

I placed an online order and was told food would be delivered at 12:55. I started calling pizza hut at 2:13, I work from home so wasn’t paying much attention to the time, I called and got a busy signal. I hung up and all 30 times that I called I got someone who would tell me different things about my order and then transferred to a busy signal.

Ah where to start. I ordered online for a curbside order. I arrived at the Holly Bush location and clicked “I’m here” on the app. Upon doing so, I was prompted to call the store instead. I did and the phone rang 8 times when it was answered and I was abruptly put on hold. OK, that’s fine. Maybe they were busy. I counted 7 workers as I sat there looking in. Multiple employees just standing there. After 3 minutes being on hold, I hung up and called back. This time the phone rang 12 times so I gave up and went in myself. I received my dinner box (2 medium 1 topping, breadsticks and 6 traditional wings) only to find I received cheese sticks instead of garlic sticks and 3 wings instead of 6. Soooo needless to say, I’ll drive 10 more minutes to go to Papa John’s from now on.

They were understaffed.. Never got bad food here ever before!!! but this time was awful. the doe was raw and under cooked never rose up and tasted raw. The order was not complete so had to wait for rest of order that was ordered online.

I placed my order almost 50 minutes ago. I asked how long the wait was for carry out was and the guy said it would be 20 minutes. My husband has been waiting inside for almost 30 minutes. I walked in and asked for a refund and the manager said she did not knlw how to give a refund because she is new to the position. They should hire/promote people who know what they’re doing!
