The melts are my new favorites. They are perfectly sized and so very tasty. Couldn’t give 5 stars only because I ordered a meat lover melt but only had sausage and ham. So either they were out of the other meat or someone was distracted. However, it was hot fresh and so delicious so I’ll give them a pass. Plus the free drink now through August 25th (at least in our market).

As with any fast food it’s hit or miss. Most of the time it comes fine. This time just seems as if this was what was left on the buffet line – but they had to remove some ingredients and add a few and then recook it. I know there isn’t a buffet at this location. This pizza was supposed to be sausage, black olive, and jalapeño but it has some remnants of chicken and pineapple. We did not eat this pizza.

I was sick at home unable to drive. My son order a pizza to be delivered to me around 2:30pm. At 5:00 pm I still did not have my pizza so I called the Gludstadt road Pizza Hut! The lady that answer the phone was really nice she told me that she was a new employee. I told them that I never received my order. Finally she apologize and told me that she would get a manager. Whoever that manager was she was dumb as rocks! She couldn’t find my order either I asked her if she could call the delivery person to see why I never received my order! She then stated the order wasn’t delivered because we put the store address in instead of our home address. I pulled up my account account and I saw my address and mind you we have never had this issue before and we use that pizza for years! I said, “Ma’am I am really sick and I can’t cancelled the order and drive there I had a chemo treatment and I caught Covid as well!” She said that I would have to cancel and return reorder the pizza to have the delivery guy delivery the pizza! This doesn’t make any sense at all. Why can’t you write my address on the ticket and bring me the pizza it is already paid for! She said no! And she was so rude! I said ma’am. Right now I really need some grace I am at your mercy, I’m at home I can not drive! Basically she curse me out and hung up the phone! No empathy at all! That’s when you can see a person true self when they feel like they are not at fault and you need them. She felt very justified being a prick! She hung up in my face when I kept calling back and dial from a different number I ask for the managers name the employee told me it was against Pizza huts policy to give out any names and she could tell the name of the manager on duty that day!!!! So I made sure that I did a review on this store! Friday June the 02, 2023! I tell everyone I know not to go to this Pizza Hut!!!

Never again! They never answer the phone, it takes over an hour to get anything, and no one is in a hurry to do their their job to provide pizza for customers. If I were you, I’d just go to your local pizza places in Gluckstadt instead. At least you’ll be supporting local businesses around your community. This Pizza Hut is just garbage.

DO NOT PATRONIZE HERE! Yesterday, (May 4th) I called around 5pm to check the status of an order I placed earlier that morning. May 5th is my daughter’s Birthday and the school advised that they would not eat the pizza at lunch time, as I assumed but rather around 2pm. So I called to ask to have the order ready for pick up a couple of hours later for the following day. I explained all of this to the woman (we will call her woman #1) that answered the phone. She asked for my name and number and went on to say that couldn’t find my ticket. So she asked that I hold on. She placed the phone down, but I could hear everything in the background. Woman #1 was talking to another lady (Woman #2) saying that she could not find my order. So woman #1 came back to the phone asked my name… I gave her my name (AGAIN) and even spelled it for her. I could hear Woman #2 frustrated in the background ..cursing saying she couldn’t find the order. Mind you, Woman #1 asked me my name to give to Woman #2 about 10 times.. which was frustrating for me… why not just write the name down the 1st time. After a while, I hear Woman #2 say… “Well I don’t know hell.” Woman #2 calls a man to assist in finding the order. The male is acting like he do not want to be bothered to look for the order. Woman #1 says to me they do not have the order. I tell Woman #2 I have the receipt printed off at home. I tell her I will call my husband to get the receipt off my computer so I can give her the order number. I call my husband…he txt me a picture of the order receipt.

This location has to be the worst in the country. Didn’t receive our order until 2 hours after we placed it even though delivery time was 25 minutes. And when we finally did get it, it was cold.

Every single time I have ordered food from this location.. they always have went above and beyond in making my food correctly! I usually eat there in the lunch hour and am very impressed with everything about this location, great customer service and hot food prepared to specific order! You can just tell when someone cares for their customers!! BRAVO Gluckstat location.. THANK YOU!

I ordered a Supreme and a stuffed crust half cheese and half pepperoni. I received a pepperoni instead of the supreme. The one I received seem to have all the cheese on 3 pieces and very little on the other 2/3 of pizza. My delivery driver was great though. Pizzas are very inconsistent at this pizza hut.
