My order was at 8:30pm. The delivery was estimated at 10:43pm. I tried calling for over an hour to cancel the order, but no one answered. I had to drive to the store at 10:45pm to get a refund. While leaving Pizza Hut, I received a call from the delivery person that my order had arrived.

Chose curbside, sat out front for forever, somehow it came up as carryout, & 2 associates said it was the customer’s fault. I guess I frustrated the lady who finally brought it out bc she threw the receipt at me. 3rd place here in Vicksburg & 3rd BAAAAD customer service experienced. Oh yeah, this is the burnt & dried out pizza received……

This isn’t a sit down location. It is meant to pick up food only. However, they do a good job. They haven’t messed up any of our orders, and they are pretty fast. The staff is always nice. They have a fridge with a few drink selections, too.

The pizza was pretty good but it was a bit pricey compared to other pizza places. Our order only took 10 minutes to prepare and the service was good. I was a little disappointed that they didn’t have any specials bc I am always looking for a deal so I can save a few bucks.
