I ordered my items at 5:22 PM to be delivered at 6:15 PM. I had to call the store at 6:39 PM b/c my order had still not been delivered. The food was just sitting there when I called, b/c they sent it out the door while I was on the phone with them. It was not hot when it arrived and looked squished. So thoroughly disappointed. Will definitely not be recommending Pizza Hut anymore.

Pizza was ready when I arrived. Staff showed a friendly greeting. Ordered half meat lover/ half veggie. It tasted okay but the original taste before the Pandemic has gone. Doesn’t feel like any love is an ingredient. Something I could have made at home.

I ordered the pizzas at 3:00pm that day to be picked up at 5:00 for a meeting. When I arrived they were not ready and I had to wait 10 minutes before they were brought out to my car. This is the second time this has happened at this location in Yazoo City. No one apologized or tried to make it right. In my opinion they did not even check to see if there were orders and only made my pizzas after I arrived and they noticed that they had not done their work.

I went there about a month ago and the pizza was over cooked. I should of learned my lesson but i went back about 4 days ago and the lady acted like she didn’t want to wait on me. I told her four or five times what i wanted . She was acting like she didn’t want to wsit on me . Get people there that will want to work .

Employees didn’t acknowledge customers, including management. Stood in front of her for 5 minutes as she tried to figure out why they were overcharging people on their 7.99$ special. So she called the only person that was showing any kind of work ethic out of the dining area to take my order on the register that she was working on without telling her the problem, order placed, incorrect total given, worked that out, waited for order nearby came back to retrieve my order and was asked to pay again, there were 5 employees there including mgmt, 1 working.
