Rock on this Pizza Hut. They delivered to me at the Petro truck stop even tho the computer wouldn’t let them. Thank y’all most places tell me to do carry out. Can’t exactly do that in a semi truck.

This is the worst food experience I have EVER had at a Pizza Hut. I arrived at the appointed time and parked at pick up window for over 6 minutes. I was NOT acknowledged. I left and returned 20 minutes later. I was told by the person at yhe window that orders were backed up. I informed that person that if the order is not ready, then i do not want it. The person took my credit card and returned 5 minutes later. He did not open the box to allow me to check the food. I opened the boxes and was horrified. BOTH pizzas were over cooked and burned. The worker stated the is due was with the stove.

Pizza was really good. Hot and correct. I ordered through the app and it was ready at the time stated. I drove to this location being the Pearl pizza hut has been messing up a lot lately. I gave 4 stars due to the parking lot is horrible and almost was not able to get through the drive thru!

The manager worked remotely ( didn’t come to work) I couldn’t get a refund the high school staff in charge was clueless on what to do. I have contacted corporate and awaiting a refund for incorrect order received….once the manager was reached at home she said I can get a store credit but not a refund cuz she isn’t at the store

Pizza was burnt. Cinnabon was burnt. Pizza wasn’t cut properly. My dog wouldn’t even eat that hard dry bread. I didn’t ask for light sauce but it was barely any sauce on it. This has been the worst experience in pizza history

This place is absolutely amazing! Food was hot and exactly as I ordered it, the staff is friendly and helpful, and I had a good conversation with the manager. I order extra sauce on my pizza and this is the only pizza hut that actually gives it to me!

Probably the most under staffed Pizza Hut I’ve ever seen. Average delivery times are around 3 hours. Ordered at 5 and the app said my food would be there by 9. I live very close to the store so I thought I’d go up there instead, just to wait in the parking lot for an additional 30 minutes to make a medium pizza. Oh and still got charged the delivery fee but I wasn’t about to wait another 30 just to get that back.
