Do not go to this Pizza Hut!!! The drive thru is so inefficient and they lock the front doors so that’s your only option. It took us over an hour to get our food and then when we checked our order it was wrong and uneditable!!! We ordered a pepperoni melt and they gave us one with cheese and ham and a piece of chicken. It looked disgusting. One of our pizzas was wrong. The employees here do not care anything at all about the customers or doing their job correctly. It’s really sad. We will not be back.

My husband placed an order on April 4th around 8 o’clock at the Byram MS location it took about an hour for the order to arrive and it was ice cold and it wasn’t the correct order. I DO NOT recommend anyone to order take out from Pizza Hut. I tried to call to speak to manager and could never get through. I will not order anything from them again.

Always been a domino’s gal …then domino’s website crashed …so I hopped over to Pizza Hut. Pizza was sooo much better than Domino’s. The variety is out of this world. And it was a few dollars less! Bye-Bye Domino’s!!

Ordered two ultimate cookies and 8-piece wing at 5:13pm. Had no one show up for two hours total. I called to make sure everything was alright. Driver had cancelled on me without my knowledge on it. Had to remake my order with a VERY sweet lady ( Bless you and thank you for doing your job. ) Food arrived at 8pm very warm, but my ultimate cookies weren’t present, and I had received 8-piece wings and just two brownies that were still soft. Had to reheat them myself. Other than that, the woman on the phone was sweet, and the sweet chili wings were excellent!

Staff was great. The front lobby wasn’t fully stocked, didn’t even have plates for dine-in. The food.. well they forgot to put sauce on the pizza. It was hot & fresh, but failed with no sauce.
