Pizza was great here but later on I saw on my card I got charged $30.86 when my total was only $22.86 on my receipt. Be careful about using your card here because I believe they tipped themselves fraudulently even though I came to pick my food up. Not my fault you don’t get paid enough ma’am so that doesn’t give you a right to tip yourself. Reported to my card company so should get my money back.

In all my days of ordering from Pizza Hut had I experienced this type of service. Food was extremely late very cold when it arrived. I had called to inquire about the order and was told it was no one there to receive the order. Me and sons were there waiting patiently and even sent one of my sons in the lobby to wait for the delivery. Almost a hour after receiving my text out for delivery then comes the Pizza. There has to be a better way to do business. Thanks.

Usually, I take my food and go. No questions asked. I’ve never had a problem before. Yesterday when ordering, my husband added special instructions. (He ordered a three topping pizza with pepperoni as the primary, then asked in the special request that cheese and pepperoni be his other two toppings.) During pickup, they asked us to check to be sure that they got it right due to his special request. It was perfect, as usual. I’ve never ordered anything from this location that arrived (or was picked up) incorrect. Consistently, every order has been hot and correct. Staff at the window is friendly. I’ve never had a single complaint about any order I’ve ever placed.

My order was supposed to be done at 5:35, came to pick up they said the cook messed it up. Waited on it for over 45+ mins with 6 cars getting their order and leaving. Finally received my order and it was wrong. Did not received the cheese stick nor the extra sauce, order a pepperoni pizza and i got a cheese.

I placed my order via their app. It was late; almost closing time. I arrived a few minutes before my order was ready. The cashier was very friendly and professional. I requested an extra item and she made sure it was added as requested and per my instructions. FRIENDLY CUSTOMER SERVICE has become rare and especially that close to closing. I wish I had gotten her name so I could have alerted the management of their gem of an employee! (My visit was 4/25/23 about 10:30 pm— just in case they see this!)

The store manager Felicia is probably the best restaurant manager in our entire city of any restaurant. She went above and beyond for me tonight just for me to get the exact order I wanted and it will not go unnoticed or unappreciated.
