This is a great location if you’re looking for consistency. Because you’re going to consistently get sorry food. From cheese on only half the pizza to raw dough to someone else’s order entirely. Not sure why we kept giving them the benefit of the doubt. Literally just go get the gas station pizza and save yourself the money/headache.

If I could give them 0 stars I would. I am in Texas and my elderly father has been stuck in the house due to the weather and hadn’t been able to get to the grocery store, so we placed a delivery order. The whole entire order was burnt, and instead of a Diet Pepsi, we got a Dr. Pepper (which my father says the delivery driver acknowledged that it was wrong when delivering it, but offered no fix). I called to have it rectified and the management was no help, the manager wasn’t sure what to do, and followed up with the general manager who also didn’t offer a solution. 0/10, will be reaching out to corporate.

I came to this location today for the all you can eat buffet. I was not disappointed. The buffet tables were completely full of salad, pizza, bread sticks, and pasta. Something for all tastes. Washed down my meal with an ice cold glass of tea. The staff was very pleasant and friendly. The restaurant was clean and welcoming. The cashier answered all of the questions asked about the takeout menu after our meal. I will definitely return to this location again. And I will be sure to tell all my friends and bring an appetite!!!

I am not sure why we still try to order food from this Pizza Hut location! They get it right about 1/10 times. Ordered pizza double baked so it’s got little more color on the crust and cheese -1 meat lovers and 1 stuffed crust cheese pizza. The dough on both was raw with barely any color on the bottom of the crust. When you picked up the slice, the toppings slid off and was limp as if it was wet. The stuffed crust pizza had cinnamon sugar on over half of it! I’m sorry but cinnamon sugar doesn’t go well with marinara and cheese. I contacted the store and asked for a manager, no response except to yell for the mama to come to the phone. She picked up and asked what. Explained our issues and she quickly replied that the top oven was out and they were using just the bottom oven. It almost seemed like she knew there were issues with the pizza. No offer to fix it

The food was all around good but the service is horrible. Waitress didn’t come back to our table to see if we needed anything else. Only had one glass of tea each(three of us) all three glasses were left on the table empty. We tried to get dessert and waited for about 5 to 10 minutes and she never came back to our table.

Have always loved Pizza Hut in Newton. But my last order, was not impressed…Detroit style pizza was awful. Some of my order I didn’t get. Called and the lady? working was very rude!!! May start ordering from Philadelphia again and see if it is any better!!
