I placed the order on the app. I have to call for them to deliver, because it says they don’t. App says 20 minutes pizza is done. I call for the delivery and was told 2 and half hour wait, carryout was 45 minutes to an hour wait. I told them nevermind to cancel. I gave it a few days to see, this was Friday evening. They didn’t cancel the order, I was still charged for it.

As a delivery driver for an app I won’t name. I can attest to most of these reviews. I’ve witnessed them lie to customers about orders. I’ve stopped taking any orders that come from here because they always take forever. One day, I went in, and they told customers they were changing the grease and orders would he cooked shortly. No one was changing any grease. People were just standing around. I’ve witnessed them answer the phone and tell them they were busy and to hold on and just set the phone down and walk off and never come back to it. Needless to say, after about the 5th time of going to pick up and order and witnessing all this several times, I stopped accepting from here. It’s miserable hot bc they have no ac and are always dripping sweat. I can only imagine how much gets on the food. The manager is a huge problem with the store, to be honest! My advice is steer clear from here and just order from Pizza Hut on Hardy. I’ve never had a single issue with that one. Foods always on tike, prepared correctly, and the store is clean.

I will NEVER order from them again!!! I ordered at 5:30 PM three hours go by NO PIZZA!! Kept telling me my pizza was on its way still NO PIZZA!!The store stops answering the phone!! So you’re only get to talk to the call centers representatives!! They do their best to help! After waiting on my order for 3 1/2 hours and calling the call center five times I was told that the store wrote in the system attempted to deliver. LIES!!!Keep in mind. I have cameras around my home. After threatening to get a lawyer, the store manager finally decided to get on the phone and admit that the driver never came to my home and that there was miscommunication between the two ♀️the truth was they ran out of dough ♀️to make matters worse this just occurred again tonight!!! Either shut down the store, or get better staff and management because this is ridiculous!! They are very unorganized

This is the worse pizza place I ever been to. You ask simple requests and they do the total opposite. I don’t plan on ordering from them any more. I would rather drive to the other pizza hut locations. And I don’t advice any of you to go there…….

i waited an hour and a half just for them to tell me they messed up my order and then ran out of dough so they couldn’t remake it. the most disorganized pizza place i’ve EVER seen (i used to be a delivery driver so i understand how pizza places work). i asked 3 separate times about my order and wasn’t told it was messed up with no possibilities of a remake until the third time. i don’t usually order from pizza hut but after i use the store credit they gave me i never will again

My pizza was ordered at 7 PM AND wasn’t delivered until 9:30 PM despite many calls made to Pizza Hut. I will actively let everyone I know hear this story, and recommend nobody use this Pizza Hut that offered no explanation other than they were busy, and charged me full price for cold pizzas. My guests had already left before the meal arrived.

If I could just write a review I wouldn’t give them one star at all… So I ordered online at 5:15 it said my order would be ready at 5:55 get to the restaurant at 6:00 wait 10 mins at the front counter while the only lady working in the Pizza Hut gets done with her duties taking her precious time no hurry what so ever 6 people standing waiting but take your time…. Finally come up ask the name on my order then said oh it ain’t even been made yet!!! Just ridiculous over an hour total for a pizza just cancel it…… Talking bout she working by herself I said that’s fine tell ur online machine that could it doesn’t know like y still be taking online orders if your there alone!!!!!
