This is by far the worse Pizza Hut I’ve ever been to. I went in to order one Large pizza and went to pay. My card kept having issues each time I used it and the man that took my order asked me you sure you have money in your account? Then proceeded to ask me if I had another card I could use. This all happened with people behind me. I told him YES I have money in my account, if I didn’t have money I wouldn’t be coming to get pizza. I felt extremely embarrassed and told him to forget it I don’t want the pizza and cancel it. Then he yells don’t make Pizza for whatever number it was and said the customer couldn’t pay for it. But the person behind me ended up paying for my pizza and I was very grateful but they didn’t have to do that. I really miss The pizza hut that was on 49. At least they always got my order right and I never had issues paying for it. I will definitely NEVER order from this pizza hut again.

Employees that wotk the front counter should have customer service and communication skills. The young man working on 5/2/23 night shift was very nonchalant. Did not greet customers walking in. Placed my food on the counter and didnt tell me it was for me and there were other customers in store. Employee told a customer “no idea where your order is” and then turned his head and begin talking to another customer after customer was told to wait because her order was not ready.

I had to give this place one star just to get the word out. This is the most dismal hut that I have ever ordered from. 2 hours later and all I get is “can I put you on hold.” Look lady, I am on 1.5 miles from you “no you cannot.” Too late, already on hold. Whatever. It’s been years since I ordered and would highly recommend eating something else if you come to Biloxi Mississipi. Good gracious.

The best pizza. I called up and ordered a super supreme pizza. I picked it up on Three Rivers road and brought it home and it was delicious, still hot. Fast service, Price is Right, delicious pizza.

Been a fan of pizza hut for many many years. Sadly over the years quality has declined. After pizza hut started using frozen dough on the pan pizza instead of making it fresh, the quality has really declined. Still way better than all the others. Also when the marinara sauce is served cold instead of being warm, not as good. Small things like that separated them from others are non existent. Only thing that really has gone up are the prices. Pizza hut has always been known for being the most expensive, use to be worth it, now? Not so sure.

Just TERRIBLE!!Waited 1.5 hrs before I called then sat on hold for 15 minutes just to be told they should be there soon. Took another 10 minutes to show up and then they forgot the 2 liter so then it took another 10 mins to return with that. Crazy part is I live only 5 minutes away from them.

They had half of one oven working and didn’t say anything until after people ordered and paid. I just happened to overhear the person who answer the phone tell someone that their order would be about an hour and a half. I was told 20 minutes and it was almost an hour for carryout

My pizza was tossed in a food processor apparently. Why was my toppings spewed all over the box instead of on my pizza?? Tasted horrible. Customer service was trash! I mean I reallllly hate leaving bad reviews, but you all must be held accountable. Treat our pizza with respect please!!
