I ordered a large pizza and wings. When I arrived, they said they couldn’t make my wings because they had to “clean their fryer grease,” which I’m not sure why they couldn’t have called and told me that once they realized it was an issue. Apparently they also had to “clean” the sauce off of my Pizza too, as my Pizza was just a slice of bread with pepperoni on it.

If I could give 0 stars I would! These people will sell you wings without dipping sauce (because no one likes to dip wings right?), pizza with no marinara on it and have TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE ! Someone please shut this place down… it’s a waste of space at this point. Do better Pizza Shack..

This pizza hut needs help. I ordered online and I didn’t know that they were out of one of my toppings. When I went to pick it up I was ignored by the little lady employee because she couldn’t find my order and there were 20 people behind me waiting. After several attempts at talking to this employee, another employee remembered that they had tried to call me because they were out of olives and didn’t make my order. I had no missed calls on my phone from Pizza Hut or anyone else. I think they’re short staffed and overwhelmed so I’ll just make homemade pizza next time and stay away from Pizza Hut!

Worst Pizza Hut I’ve ever been too. I place and paid for my order online 20 minutes before I got there. I was given the price of $30, but when I got to this establishment they informed me that I owed $49 more dollars. When I explained that I’d paid online the two managers present were both extremely rude and said the best I can do is make it where you still owe $10. Horrible experience and I will never visit this Pizza Hut again!! Please don’t waste your time and money here!

Delivery order was over a hour late. I called several times so the pizza was cold when I got it. I understand it was raining but when I contacted the store to inquire about my order, the sales associate/manager idk which had the nastiest attitude. Then, she hung up She is why I gave a one star and the pizza had to be warmed. The service is really unacceptable.

Hire better employees! I bought two pizzas. One was perfect and the other was burnt. I’m sure whomever boxed it knew it was burnt called to the store to report it. They asked if I could drive back to the store with the burnt pizza. I think NOT! They never apologized not offered me my money back but instead offered a credit!

I love Pizza Hut. This one is nowhere near customer service friendly. I am new to this area and I can’t believe the horrible customer service. I have called in for delivery twice. I had to call & cancel the orders both times because it was well over an hour and nothing was delivered. I live right down the street (less than 10 minutes away). I get that due to COVID19 everything has been altered. So I continue to give them a chance to redeem themselves. Called earlier this week & I was told the computers were down & no orders could be placed. Today no deliveries were being made. The website clearly post that deliveries are available. People answering the phone didn’t sound concerned about customers. Staff at this place need to go to Chick-Fil-A and take notes on customer service!!

I love the food. But the last time I picked up an order they said they don’t bring it out to your car anymore. My two problems with this are, one, I have two small kids under the age of four. I can’t bring both of them in and carry a pizza out at the same time, so that was one of the reasons I chose a place that was supposed to bring the food to your car. Secondly, you can’t just tell a customer you no longer preform a service when it says specifically that you do on your website.

The employee what made the pizza made it exactly how I preferred it. I requested for my crust to be well done and they cooked it exactly how I liked it. The pizza had the right amount of toppings and was evenly distributed on the pizza. I appreciate a good pizza and will definitely order from this restaurant again.
