OMG disgusting dry burnt pizza, dry overcooked burnt potato gems one could break a tooth eating those potato gems, that shop needs an overhaul. Unbelievable that you sell such awful pizzas. Close it down or pick up your game. Star is only for the young guy who served me he was nice

Staff are nice and friendly. Pizza was the worst I’ve ever had from Pizza Hut. Way over cooked and dry as a bone. Tiny bits of sauce around the edges, but none on the rest of the pizza. Didn’t taste like any Pizza Hut pizza I’ve ever had before. Maybe they’ll get the kinks worked out…

First time at the West Point Pizza Hut. I placed an online order and it was ready when I arrived. The pregnant young lady at the window was sweet and enthusiastic. My pizza was made just like I ordered, with extra cheese and all. It was delicious. I’m impressed with the service and the quality of my pizza. The Starkville pizza hut is far below AVERAGE…cold pizza, I paid for extra cheese and didn’t get it and customer service could be better. I must say, the West Point Pizza Hut is on par with the Pizza Hut in Columbus on 45!

I originally ordered my food through the Pizza Hut app for delivery. I ordered at 1:38pm and waited up until 2:00pm and my order never showed up. I called Pizza Hut and they said that they were waiting on DoorDash to pick up the orders. I was like “???” I didn’t order DoorDash, but Pizza Hut uses DoorDash to do their deliveries. I wasn’t aware so I had to go pick my order up myself. Before y’all choose delivery, make sure you’re willing to wait on someone to roll out of bed and decide to do DoorDash. Other than that, the food was good & the workers were very nice. (Also I did get my refund for the delivery charge).

2 stars for now since they just beginning. My pizza was cold, cheese barely melted, and cheesebread wasn’t cheese bread. I might as well had ordered regular dry bread. I redid it when I got home. They left out my marinara sauce for the bread but I ate it with ranch. I will give them another try one day but no time soon.
