Quick, hot and delicious. 1st time in a long time I have got a pizza this quick and hot and fresh as well. Only 1 problem. They do not give out napkins & paper plates anymore which I think is a disservice to all Hut loyal customers. At $5.25 delivery charge you get absolutely no amenities. I always loved getting the packages of parmesan cheese & red peppers in the foil packages. And no napkins? The whole point of take out is no clean up. But now you have to drag out plates and napkins and parmesan of your own. I really feel that this is a disservice. Makes my day when I can sit down eat with absolutely no clean up. But no more. If I was getting the pizza for kids after the game and eating at the picnic table I would have to bring all this stuff myself. So that will be the only downfall of Pizza Hut!!! Please think about providing customers with this service. I would be willing to pay maybe $1 for plates & napkins. So many restaurants have quit putting any napkins ,plastic ware, salt, pepper at the drive thru. Take a minute and consider the reason we are eating out??

Sad. Ordered at 735p / 9pm later and an unknown 3rd party delivery service NEVER mentioned at ordering we got ice cold pizza. 1.9 miles in 1h 30m. Cold pizza.

my wife and I have been pizza hut fans for 25 years now . the past few times we’ve ordered pizza hut it has been down right bad . Sunday we ordered a simple order of 2 large pizzas 1 sausage 1 pep sausage and onion extra sauce . my wife picked them up and when we sat down to eat we both at the same time spit it out . it was horrible . it tasted old it was dry and very uneatable . The onions were on top and not cooked at all which tells me they were added after cooking .we did not call to complain we simply threw it away and ordered papa johns . im not sure what is going on with pizza hut but we will not order anymore . Its become to much of a disappointment anymore . we understand being understaffed and supply chain issues but its very simple to make sure orders are correct and satisfactory . Although I personally do not care for papa johns they never make mistakes like this . We surely hope this changes but between hillview and the preston store there is always something not right or just plain wrong . We dont believe in complaining because there is much worse things in life but the level of mistakes and not caring if orders are satisfactory is common anymore . were just 2 lost customers and that doesn’t matter anymore .

Haven’t had Pizza Hut in a long time. Pizza was ready in 15 mins, employees had amazing attitudes and were friendly, and for the first time ever, my children wanted to eat the supreme pizza I ordered. They couldn’t resist how amazing it smelled. They said it was the best pizza they’ve had (and we eat pizza often from several different places). Will definitely be ordering from them again. We ordered pepperoni, meat lovers, and supreme pan pizzas and wings. Probably wouldnt order the wings again though lol

My food is very good every time we order. My favorite thing is their garlic paramasian cheese boneless wings. They are very nice also. The only problem I’ve had was trying to do a call order and a couple of times on the app. I would recommend this location. Preston hwy in Louisville

There was no sauce and no crust! Like at all! The pieces of sausage were so small and everything else was maybe 1/8 of a millimeter without exaggerating. 18 for that ‘nothing’ of a pizza was a waste of money. It barely had flavor and I wish I had just gotten little Caesars or a walmart frozen pizza. Won’t be going back ever. They are cheaping out at every single chance they get and now their food tastes just like cardboard. Please, do not waste your time or money here.

I was apprehensive to order from the pizza hut due to issues that happened a few years ago, but something told me to give them another chance and I am so glad I did. This experience was simply charming. Everything was perfect, delivered on time with the sweetest delivery driver! I am excited to have pizza hut back in my pool of food to order from!
