It’s fine that I was called and told there aren’t Mozzarella sticks but when asked if I wanted something in their place, I feel like the breadsticks should have been a straight exchange since the mistake was Pizza Huts not mine. I was surprised I was told I would have to pay the difference and my whole order was refunded and charged the higher amount. Also, none of my family was impressed by “The Big New Yorker.” I’ll still order Pizza Hut from time to time, but not their version of NY style. I usually go to the location near the liquor store and prefer that one.

I’ve visited this location several times. I’ve never really had a bad experience but today I was highly impressed and pleased with my visit. Anthony was very polite and professional and my pizza was the best I’ve received from there. Kudos to the crew tonight.

Radcliff, KY Pizza Hut delivery was terrible. A door dash driver picked it up and we waited almost 2 hours and no pizza yet so I called the pizza hut here and was told to wait an additional 20 minutes before I could call back. Then I called back and was offered a store credit for the amount or they’d make my order again. So I told them to make it again and my daughter would come pick it up. It’s ridiculous that we had to wait that long and when I called was told to wait before I called back. So altogether it was a wait of over 3 hours.

This review is not towards the restaurant but towards the foreign guy that answered the phone outside of the store, on the automated line. He hung up on me because he couldn’t understand what I wanted to order. Pizza Hut please stop connecting the calls to someone that’s not even in the restaurant, it’s annoying.
