Bad customer service. Your guys employee, Ashley, is absolutely awful. She talks to you like you’re dumb and seems to have a big head about everything. Called because my pizza was messed up, in a polite voice I stated there was no sauce on the pizza. She had answered saying “I made the pizza so I know what I put on it.” Despite the evidence being I have the pizza with no sauce she kept insisting. Absolutely ridiculous! Needs to be talked to or fired to be honest. Admit to your mistakes, everyone makes them. They didn’t hire you for your intelligence

We recently dined in at the Pizza Hut in Lawrenceburg, KY. We didn’t have to wait long to be seated, and the employee taking our order was very nice. We had some cheesy breadsticks and a pepperoni pizza, and it was good.

I messed up and placed my order 45 minutes before closing time so that must be why my pizza was still raw and sauce was coming out of the bottom of the pizza dough guess they were trying to go home

Shame we stopped in last week and the food was amazing. We were very patient with the fact there was only two men working. We tipped VERY well. Tonight a manager appeared to be female with ponytail after sitting down and waiting 5 minutes for her to complete taking an order comes over and says the lobby is closed. We drove 30 minutes to come because the food was amazing last week AND the lobby was open. She said we could order to go. I said we don’t want to eat cold food and drove 30 minutes to get there. After a long day of work with more to do we’ve wasted an hour and still not had dinner. That’s a shame. If we could order pizza to go what would handing us two drinks and allowing us to eat inside matter. Customer service. It’s crazy the difference a week can make. There were three working tonight. Two last week. They made it happen. Guess it’s all about what you want to do. I won’t waste my gas to do that again.

TERRIBLE experience!!!! We walked in; on the buffet bar were stacks of boxes, plates and seasonings on the tables. Still dirty dishes on some of the tables. It just looked unkept. Most of the workers were being very loud and unprofessional, one being the manager I believe. We waited prob 20-30 minutes for the pizza. The pizza was AWFULLLL!!! It didn’t even taste like Pizza Hut pizza! We ate because we were STARVED. But…we will not be back! Maybe they just had a bad night, but unfortunately our experience was so bad that we will not be back!

Just horrible. Order was completely wrong I stood there for 15 minutes waiting on my call in order. Finally asked again and my order was ready the whole time. It was burnt and cold at the same time. They put a fresh bag of marinara sauce in the container got home there was a hair in my sauce.
