Ordered Pizza Hut for the first time today and honestly won’t be back. Picked curbside because I have a sick toddler and didn’t want to get him out but there is a printed off sign at the door that states they don’t do curbside at that location. Ok, fine. So I go in and the girl behind the counter didn’t seem to happy. Ok fine. But then I get home and the pizza is burnt, the amount of pizza sauce for the breadsticks is lacking; and honestly the food isn’t good.

I have always loved this Pizza Hut. The last two times I had a problem with my order but let it go. Tonight I paid for an ingredient that was not on the pizza and there was a hair in one slice. When I called the person who proclaimed to be the “manager” was the not only rude but basically called me a liar. Saying they did not have anyone there with long hair when the gentleman that checked me out had almost shoulder length hair. I am manager myself and would never think of treating a customer so poorly. No wonder they have lost their star rating down to 3. So very sad.

We used to go to Dominoes because we liked the thin crust but tried Pizza Hut again a few months ago and we haven’t been back to the other place. Always hot always accurate always a nice driver!

I have to say this Pizza Hut is the worst experience that I have ever had. They get the orders wrong about every time. Mistakes happen but when 3 items cost 52 dollars you really don’t want an attitude thrown at you when you want it fixed. Other workers there are really nice but poor management.
