This pizza hut is absolutely awesome. I come here all the time even tho there is a pizza hut closer to my house I still choose to only order from this pizza hut on mall rd in Florence because it’s the best! Since this location is a bit farther from my house they don’t deliver in my area so I pick up when I order but I actually don’t mind that because the food is not the only great thing here, the ppl working here are very nice and respectful. I would definitely recommend this pizza hut location!!

The food was ordered at 8:14pm and not expected to arrive until 10:45pm. But somehow Pizza Hut worked its magic and we got our very hot and tasty meal around 9:30pm. Even though they were pretty busy, they still gave a 110%. Thanks Pizza Hut!

I ordered two pizzas and bread sticks yesterday and that was so gross the supreme had to many toppings was under cooked bread sticks were hard as a rock and my kids pizza was not done either. Called the store and complained talked to Eli and he said come back and I’ll remake it. And he did a great job it was so much better looking and I could actually eat it and the food was done. He really took care of things and I appreciate him.

Did not receive part of my delivery order. Asked driver and he said that he did not know. Tried calling the restaurant several times. Nobody picked up. Raised a complaint with corporate and they sent an email that someone will call me. Nobody did. Pizza Hut lost a long standing customer for good. Will order from other places going forward.

The phone number provided is not a direct line. It goes to a call center and when they transfer you it hangs up. I got charged twice and can’t get my money back. Only pay cash.

The staff was very rude. We ordered carry out and they complained to our face about not receiving a tip. Since when do you tip on orders being picked up? And the fact they said that to our face. Sorry you’re a grown man working at pizza hut.

0 stars didn’t receive my wings. Ordered cheese sticks got bread sticks instead. Tried to call about 10 times literally. They say we will transfer you to the store and end up back at the main menu all over again 10 times. Next time I will order from papa John’s or dominos. Never had this issue with them.
