The Toe
I just made an order from the pizza hut in south williamson, kentucky. One of the worst experiences I have ever had in this area. I ordered 12 wings and they only sent me 10. And for the price I paid for the order is bloody price gouging. They refuse to answer the phone, half the people they hire cannot understand simple english or use a computer. The online service and APP are absolute garbage, half the items you try to add to cart are met with experienced a problem, cannot add item. If I could give 0 stars I would and I VERY HIGHLY DO NOT recommend this place to anyone. And if anyone in pizza hut corporate is reading this, fire that entire staff at that store and either shut that place down, or get with your HR team and figure out some new guidelines for hiring workers with some level of competency.

When we ordered online, we figured there would be a long delivery time due to the fact of possible short staffing and it being the 1st of the month. We did receive a call after ordering that it would possibly be a 1 hour delivery time, which we was good with. Shortly after receiving that call, I received a text that our order was out for delivery. In fact it was 16 minutes after placing the order, it was delivered by the store manager. At over a hour of waiting for my delivery i finally had to go to the store to get my pizza and soda. I had to argue with the staff. They acted like it was my fault that I expected my pizza in a timely fashion. That i should understand that they are having staffing issues. He did give me a 10 dollar credit. However when i got home which is less than 5 minutes away from the store the order was wrong and cold. I will never order from this store again! By the time I got home it was 2 hours after the initial order.
