My large thin crust pizza was burned and hard as a rock!!!! Was afraid it’d chip my teeth or knock out my fillings!!!! Terrible!!! Also the 8” cookie was over-baked, and not cut into slices. Was hard to break off pieces. The breadsticks were also not separated and were hard to pull apart. I paid too much money for this burned rock-hard garbage!! $47!! Plus the $8 tip! I will never go there again!!!! Pizza Hut needs better employees!!!!

Everybody was sold out of wings. Super Bowl Sunday of course. Pizza Hut to the rescue. Hands down best wings you’ll ever get from a pizza chain. They did not disappoint.

Placed an order delivery online. Paid delivery charges and left 18% tip. Thirty minutes after scheduled delivery time I called and asked where our order was. When I spoke to the “manager on duty” he stated that the order came through as a carry out and he refuse to deliver unless I paid an additional $4 after I already paid delivery charges and tip. It’s not the $4…. it’s the principle and fact of POOR customer service. I had the confirmation of delivery and he still refused to deliver 1 mile away if that.
