First time at this location…and likely the last. I will add photos in case someone thinks I’m exaggerating, but two of our pizzas had significant toppings problems! All of our pizzas were supposed to have three toppings. Then a few bites into one of them we realized they forgot the sauce! I’ve never seen so much crust on a pizza edge and so little crust under the toppings….and it was tough! Very disappointed! We will be checking our Pizza Hut order in the store BEFORE we leave next time.

The last two times I’ve ordered from this location the food has not came as ordered. I have even paid extra to make sure we actually get pepperoni on the pizza and still end up with less than 3 per slice. Also burnt breadsticks. Only positive is the food was on time and the staff was nice. Guess I need to check my food before leaving every time I order if I order again.

I must say it’s been awhile. I kind of fell off of the PizzaHut chain for years ago and decided to re visit and it was amazing I don’t know if it’s the location but the staff was very friendly and welcoming the pizza of course was adstravigant. I really miss PizzaHut and if someone from PizzaHut sees this I would like to thank you your back in my eyes your pizza is the best…..

I’ve been going to this pizza hut for about 3 years now and I’ve got to say this one is the best around. My food is always amazing and everyone there is so nice. Today was no exception. I had app issues which never happens and everyone went out of their way to help. Love this pizza hut!

I ordered the new Pizza Hut Pizza Melts, the meats and buffalo chicken. The meats was to come with Marinara sauce. The Buffalo Chicken was to come with 2 sauces; ranch and buffalo. I ordered the pizzas on a Sunday late afternoon and understood there would be a 2.5 hour wait. The order arrived late by a few minutes. No biggie…but the pizza was nearly cold and the cheese was hard. The buffalo chicken contained only the buffalo sauce, no ranch. I was not impressed, needless to say, with this new offering from Pizza Hut. When I spoke with the staff, they stated they were using door dash for delivery and making multiple deliveries with each driver. They DID offer a refund which I did not accept as we ate what was delivered and, in my opinion, if it’s good enough to eat, they did their job. Buyer beware, however, unless you are picking up your order.

Gave us the wrong pizzas but more than made up for it. We ordered one hand-tossed and one deep dish a few weeks ago and were disappointed to only have 2 hand-tossed when we got home (yes, we should have double checked). The hand-tossed is fine but we wanted to share the deep dish with the kids for their first Pizza Hut experience. A quick call to this store rectified the situation and they gave us a free replacement for our next visit. They even threw in some boneless chicken wings for our trouble. Mistakes are going to happen – it’s the way you try to correct them that makes all the difference.

Picked it up. The whole car reeked of formaldehyde very quickly, and the pizza was awful. I smelled every topping, and it was the black olives. Truly wretched smell and flavor. I looked it up, and sure enough…sometimes olives have formaldehyde. This review is for Pizza Hut as a whole (not the employees at this store)..shame on you. Get better ingredients!
