NEVER AGAIN!! Ordered pepperoni new Yorker, paid extra for extra cheese & banana peppers, special instructions was to put cheese on top. I received pizza with no extra cheese, cheese was not on top & pizza was cold. Receipt was correct & even said “cheese on top”… WASTE OF MONEY

The food was good and it wasn’t cold… However, I had ordered “Contactless Curbside Pickup”. You get an email after placing an order via this method that says “I’m Here” and to press it upon your arrival. I did that and after 10 minutes of waiting, I called the number on the sign in front of me to hear, “Oh, you’re gonna have to come in to get your food.” Why offer a service you don’t actually provide?

Tried to give this place a chance again after filing a complaint in June after our thin crust pizza tasted like dirty dish water. Never heard back from anyone. We couldn’t eat the pizza. Last night we ordered 2 large hand tossed pizzas and cinnamon sticks for my birthday celebration. The hand tossed pizzas were hard and thin. the cinnamon sticks were overcooked and crunchy on one side and were just lightly dusted with cinnamon.

I was a little hesitant because this location been getting mixed reviews. However, I love the HUT so I had to go. I went 2/12/22 at 11:30am. 30 minutes after opening. My pizza was made on time and perfect. Customer service was respectful. Not sure if going/ordering early makes a difference BUT I was pleased with my order.

Placed an order with them online for delivery. The tracker showed my food was in the oven and provided a delivery time. It sat in this state for an hour, and when I called I got an automated message that it was cancelled. No one contacted me to advise of this. Abysmal customer service.

ABSOLUTELY the worst Pizza Hut on earth! Was so optimistic when they were building this location hoping it would be better than the one on Macsway, NOPE! Just as worse if not more worse! You can tell from the front counter just how ridiculously unorganized this dump this! I don’t want to hear staffing shortages anymore either. Either pay them more to get better employee quality, or shut the place down!! Enough is enough. Waited over an hour for pick up medium pizza and wings. Sauce in the outside of the box that got on my shirt and car seats. Just sloppy as all get out. NEVER AGAIN!

I was very disappointed. This was the second time. We ordered a Meat lovers pan Pizza. I order like 3 times a month. My husband picked it up due to me being at work. They never showed him the Pizza when he picked it up. The toppings was not even close to the edge. It was like half crust. I hate to have to find a new Pizza place. Make sure you look at the pizza before you leave the store. I know the policy used to be that the show you before you leave the store.

Horrible service. I called at 9:15 pm just for them to purposely keep me on hold long enough to tell me they can’t take my order bc its past 10pm. I was on hold for over a hour. Tried to place my order online however, it was not working properly so I had to call in my order. I was hung up on despite my better judgment. I called back to place my order someone else picked up. I requested a large pepperoni pizza with extra cheese, which she did repeat. I also ordered an order of breadsticks. , I also ordered a order of breadsticks. $10 tip on top of delivery charges and cost of the food just to have a extra large extra cheese pizza only and breadsticks with only a seasoning on one corner, the rest, just plain bread. Called the restaurant to complain and before I could even say anything that was wrong with my order she transferred me to a call center. Which means they knew they miss my order app and don’t care very raggedy. How to take this up with the complaint line who didn’t even ask me what was wrong with my food what a joke if people don’t like their jobs, they should get a different one

I ordered a cheese pizza for carry out. I opened the box it had zero cheese ?? But vincent at the register made it right . Made a new pizza for me hands down best pizza ever made from pizza hut. Vincent is very sincere. I wish he had more helpers like him in the store
