A Muncie Experience
An increasingly rare dine-in location that still has its signature red roof! Great pizza and Wing Street wings! Service was great! The buffet and salad bar was unfortunately removed during the pandemic. Food was excellent and well prepared. Dining room was in the process of cleaning when we picked up our to go order. Clean restrooms! Good deals and specials daily!

We order from London Pizza Hut almost Daily and spend a large amount. Usually we get the Hot Wings which are usually leaking all over everything but most of the time we just clean up the mess and let it go. One of the delivery drivers ASKED for a tip and the food was a mess. We called and got a credit. Today I received the pizza in the picture, So I called and asked if they could bring me a new one and they could take this one back? I Explained that the toppings were in the middle with about a 2inch crust around. I was told it would be 2 hours delivery wait and then put on hold. When someone came back on the line She stated she was the manger, I already had 2 credit (which I don’t know why since I had only complained a couple of days ago) and that SHE made my pizza so she knows that it wasn’t 2 inches. I asked to send her a picture and she refused. She said every time we order we seem to have an issue. She then said “I have pizzas to make and there is nothing I can do” She then hung up. We spent a lot of money at pizza Hut at my company and YES we expect the food to be prepared correctly not just thrown together. I also expect the delivery driver to not be telling me i need to add a tip. I know the attitude I will get about “if you’re not happy just go somewhere else” Which we will do..

They never pick up the phone… they always mess up our order… they never have a delivery driver and they don’t call and tell you that… if they need up your order they blame it on the call center…. it’s ridiculous

Beware of a Pizza Hut call center scam. My mind is blown. I ordered online from my local Pizza Hut (London) and needed to add to the order after its placement. I called the local number and was connected to a call center who-knows-where (India?) and they demanded to know my credit card info. I don’t know if the local number was hacked or what, but it was awfully frightening and has never happened to me before.

Never will I order from here again! Took almost 2 1/2 hrs for me to get a message saying door dash would deliver, not Pizza Hut themselves, when door dash arrived it was someone else’s order. I tried calling for 30 min no answer. I drove out to the store to see 4 ppl in a car (workers) 2 ppl inside at the counter and 3 other ppl sitting in a booth and the manager said they were too busy to answer. Needless to say I made them figure a way to give me my money back because the manager tried to tell me he only had a $100 bill because he had already given 4 refunds. Horrible customer service and attitudes!!

We’ve ordered Pizza Hut several time’s in the last year that we’ve moved back to London and quite honestly it’s been awful, but I’m thankful we were willing to try again because the pizza we got last night and the bread sticks might just have been the best we’ve ever gotten from the franchise. It was not only picture perfect but the tastiest as well! In a year and a half it’s the first time we were able to get bread sticks, which we love and they were made and cooked to perfection as well. Only complaint was that we ordered extra marinara sauce for bread sticks and we didn’t get the extra’s. I don’t know what they’ve done to improve the quality and overall experience at this London location but I sincerely hope it continues. I know we’ll become more frequent patrons if this quality continues.
