Had prepaid my pizza online via the app. When picking up I got asked „to sign something“?! Received a printout asking for a tip! So in the end I got asked TWICE for a tip – online while ordering and then again in store. Unbelievable!

Pizza Hut is really going downhill. Barely any sauce the pizza is super dry. Vegetables definitely aren’t fresh barely any cheese. I order boneless wings.. they definitely are not wings I don’t know what those are. Barely any sauce on them. Terrible

I ordered 2 boxes of bread sticks and also paid for 2. When I went to pick them up the “General manager” said I ordered 1 and denied giving me my 2nd order even after proving to him I ordered 2. I always order 2 boxes at this location and get 2 boxes but I can’t believe they tried to play me like I’m dumb. Unbelievable

Horrible experience, my family orders from with Pizza Hut or Donatos constantly because we have a 4 yr old who is a picky eater! The customer service I received Monday/Tuesday and now Today Saturday was literally so belittling it honestly shocked me because I have never had any bad experiences ordering before. I called Monday to order some pizza , cinnamon rolls , bread sticks & pasta for my family and I. I get a text message notifying me that my order was picked up by a Door Dash driver and would be delivered shortly! When the driver arrived they had a completely different order so I called the store, the manger informed me that he would remake my food and have it sent out. I waited over an hour and didn’t receive an alert or anything about my replacement order so I called back they told me that the don’t have drivers available so they would place a credit on my account! I was a little upset since no called to update me I had to call myself meaning they would have never reached out about my replacement! So I accept the credit and try to use it the next evening, again I called up there this time NO ANSWER!!! I called multiple times and again NO ANSWER! Then I use my wife’s phone and they answer meaning they had my caller ID and was ignoring me on purpose!!! So fed up at this point I just hung up and didn’t place a order. So now it’s Saturday I call asking to use my credit on my account because I don’t see it on my app! They first manger I spoke with said he couldn’t help me so he asked me who I spoke with , I was unsure since all of this happened now about 5 days ago. Then with out warning I get placed on hold and surprise surprise the manger I spoke with the other day was now available to speak with me! He gets on the phone immediately cuts me off saying he remembers me! So I felt relieved thinking now everything would get settled , NOPE!!! He then tells me that I’m lying and he knows that I am because they had a driver that night! Secondly I’m lying because he took the order and the replacement and basically remembers every order he handle that night. Then rude chuckled in the phone and told me to have a great night! I’m disgusted and disappointed about the way I was treated knowing that I am a HUT REWARDS MEMBER and give their business a lot of my hard earned money just for their employees to basically treat people like garbage because they don’t like there job! I paid $45 dollars for a large pizza and bread sticks smh!

Do not order from here if you want your pizza on time, DASHERS, DO NIT EXPECT HERE!. Morning manager is NASTY! wont give doordash your food if you don’t have a pizza bag! And im sure she probably keeps the Tips. Pick up your order 8f you want Your food in a timely manner SHE NEED TO WORK ON HEE CUSTOMERS SKILLS!
