On 7/26/23, I placed an order online for your site located on South High Street in Columbus ohio. It was order number 0047. Placing the order online was fine. Received my order and it was completely wrong. I called the store, was hung up on twice by two different people. Third time i spoke with a gentleman that stated that they had no manager on duty and there was nothing he could do. Took my info & said that the manager would call me today. It’s 7:30pm & no call. I call the store, was sent to a call center that then transferred me back to the store to talk to a manager. Angie says she’s the assistant manager but can’t do anything about it & the store manager fell last night & got hurt so well be back Monday. Said it wasn’t her shift so she can’t help me, then hung up.

Ok if you have read the other 1⭐. Trust them. I use to love Pizza Hut mainly for the breadsticks and Veggie pizza. This is the second time they have screwed up my order. A simple one at that. I ordered double breadsticks and a 3 topping pizza. Well they managed to that up. I should have went with my instincts and canceled. First I only got one order of breadsticks, secondly I asked for original PAN pizza not tossed. They tried to give me a personal cheese pizza to cover for the inconvenience. WTF is that. New slogan for Pizza Hut. Everyone OUT pizzas the HUT. Even Genos. Especially these locations in Columbus OH. The picture attached is supposed to be regular breadsticks.

Do not order from this location. I called and spoke with manager who said his name was Mason regarding the over baked pizza and chicken wings. He proceeded to tell me he saw my order before it left for delivery and it was not over done. I almost lost it. I mean, I was shocked because he is technically calling me a liar. I could tell he was young and probably was not well trained in customer service. So I told him I was sorry if he was having a bad day and don’t mean to add to it, but the pizza was burnt and the wings burnt so bad that the meat was dry and pulled away from the bone. He again was unapologetic and told me the ovens are on a timer and my order was not burnt. Then after a long pause of silence, I said I live close and would be happy to bring this food back and show him or send pics. Again he tried to technically call me a liar. At this point I gave him a piece of my mind and asked his name. This man/boy needs a course in customer service. We paid almost $40 for hard rock burnt crunchy pizza that we had to throw away.

This location is utterly terrible. Nothing but excuses, lying, poor customer service and hours-long waiting for orders that once received, appear as if they are warmed up days-old pizza. Disgusting food, probably the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced anywhere in this world, and absolutely no concept of human to human interaction. Honestly, this community would be better not even having this location open.

Redeemed a free pizza offer to resolve a customer service issue unrelated to this location! Fulfilled through Gmail and online site. Was seamless and flawless! Only complaint was the necessity to order 10.99 worth of products to initiate delivery? So had to do a reversal at online site and make it carry-out since it was totally free! $18.99 worth of pizza free to make good on delivery issue of last pizza order at different location! When arrived… Did not need anything to retrieve. Just said my name and presto… Pizza! Made exactly the way I specified from my online request! Meat Lover’s! Sarah at this location was on her A-Game! Before departing the restaurant, she opened the box and had me approve of its contents! It was (since we ate it up) Awesome Sauce! Way to go South High Pizza Hut!
