Pizza dough was essentially raw….The picture below is the crust split open to see if it was cooked through. I took a few bites and noticed how floppy the pizza was, and when I picked open the underside, that’s when I came across the raw and wet dough. I called them back and I was given a $10 credit onto my account. Although I wish the credit covered the *full* cost of my large pizza, I think that there should have been some quality control after the bake. I can understand messing up toppings, but the bake of the dough??

During normal business hours posted online for this store it’s routinely closed. It’s 1:45 on a Saturday afternoon and I’m trying to order a pizza and getting store closed. This happens so frequently I’m writing this store off and going to the donatos across the street.

PRO Delivery Tips
I placed an order online. The app said they opened at 10:00 a.m., after 15 to 20 minutes to have said my order was ready. So I went to the store and it was closed until 11:00 a.m. waited until 11:00 a.m., then called the store. Employee picked up and then immediately put me on hold. Never came back to the phone after 10 minutes. Called back again no answer. Would not advise this store there are other better locations.

Don’t waste your time. Awful experience. I understand being short staffed sucks, but don’t have the website quote 25-35 minutes for it to be done if it’s not going to even be started for 1.5 hours then you don’t even have the decency to answer the phone when I call and try to cancel the order. Absolutely ridiculous

1st getting pizza from this location so review based off that. I placed an order thru the mobile app for pickup. My order was very detailed (and probably annoying to whoever made it, lol)-and they nailed it minus the well done part. I’d definitely make this location one of my go to places for pizza
