This place is a nightmare. I ordered from them for the second time tonight hoping the first time I ordered and received burnt food and terrible customer service was a fluke. Well once again there Customer service was horrendous. I ordered on the app but forgot the 2 litter so I called the store immediately and was on hold for over twenty minutes then I called back and was on hold for almost ten minutes and when I finally got to someone they said my order was already sent out. When the driver got here the pizzas had slid on top of each other the wings where wrong and the breadsticks where not even cut into sticks. Unfortunately I did not read the google reviews on this location until it was to late. I will never order here again!!!!

The Lincoln Village Pizza Hut location is top notch. The food is delivered hot and arrives before time due. A special thank you to the gentleman who delivered our food. When he arrived, he opened the warming bag and allowed me to get the food, keeping with the Covid precautions. I think that’s a great idea!! Keep up the excellent work Lincoln Village!!

The food was good and fresh. Only reason I gave it a 4 star is because the pizza was warm and not hot. Other than that everything was great! Also, the DoorDasher was very nice.

Terrible! Terrible food and service. The manager is a total A hole. No one wears gloves when making your food. They can’t even cut your bread sticks for God’s sake. Seriously the WORST Pizza Hut EVER!! Don’t waste your time or money.

Ordered a large pizza and wings. I was told my order would be ready in 25 minutes. I live 3 minutes from the location. I left 10 minutes after the call in hopes to get my pizza and wings fresh out the oven. Strangely, both wings and pizza were cold as if they were canceled orders and they sold them to me. If I could give zero stars I would. This place is horrible. Do not go there. I speak the truth. This place should be shut down for their actions
