Talk about a location and place that doesn’t give a rat’s booty on how they run things. I showed up for an interview 15 minutes early and all the doors are locked, nobody wants to answer their phones and sat there and laid on my horn and still nothing. Then I call back the manager who called me yesterday to set up my interview and he’s not even there and it is past the time for the interview. I don’t know how these ignorant people expect to run places like this when they can’t even be there on time but yet as an employee they expect you to be there and to bow down to them like some slave.

I know I ordered stuffed crust but I wanted a little pizza too. The bottom of the pizza fell apart it was too thin. Also, I ordered right when they opened at 2pm and it took an hour and a half for delivery (through doordash btw, not their own pizza drivers). On top of it, the doordasher was questioning me about tips and fees through the app. Just don’t order delivery here. Or stuffed crust. I wish I could get a refund. Cold, thin pizza is not my thing.

Waited an hour inside the store for an employee just to talk to and ask about my order. I received the wrong order/pizza after waiting an hour inside the dirty store. Hands down the worst pizza ordering experience I’ve ever had. For anyone wanting pizza, avoid this place. I recommend Marcos across the street or Brenz.

Do not order from this location. They will lose your order. Pretend your order doesn’t exist until a manager is somehow able to locate your order in the system. Then make you wait an additional 30 minutes for the order to be made or you can leave without your food. No apologies or any attempt to rectify the situation. I’m not certain if this is just the worst run Pizza Hut in the nation or if this is normal for the chain in general. I used to work for Pizza Hut 25 years ago and I can honestly say the quality of service and the quality of pizza has significantly decreased. If this is the way every location makes pan pizza now I’m surprised they still offer it on the menu. Seriously, it’s a pan pizza, how difficult is it to make a crispy crust? On the other hand my kids loved their traditional hand tossed cheese pizza and they don’t like any pizza that isn’t home made from scratch. So, I will be ordering again, but I’ll drive an extra 5 or 10 minutes to go to a different location. This place is the worst.

This location needs to shut down. I have an issue every time I *attempt* to order- many times, I’m not even successful (via online ordering or on the phone). I’ve tried to be understanding of what is likely understaffing and having new/undertrained staff, but it’s not even worth ordering here anymore. Pizza Hut is good, but this location is not.

Terrible experience. Ordered online, received our order and it was incorrect. Paid for extra toppings and none of those toppings were on the pizza. Tried to call the store to let them know and maybe get it corrected and it was answered by an automated message that says they are now closed!! First time calling was at 4:15pm on a Friday!! Tried calling 4 times!!

Worst pizza hut I’ve been to! And NOT the poor kids that are trying to work there faults. The bathrooms were nasty.. mold on the walls, ceilings, and the toilets were just gross. The tables were so filthy that we cleaned them because the kids were too busy. They had a sign apologizing for being slow due to being understaffed. This is a case of bad management and extremely poor ownership! There is no excuse for a restaurant to be in this condition and should be reported to the health department.

For some reason when I ask for extra sauce and tell these people that I will pay for it they still just can’t seem to put extra sauce on the pizza. I always have to drive back up there and tell them to remake it. Another time when I asked for extra sauce they gave it to me on the side. I’ve had some really delicious Pizza Hut and you simply just won’t get it here. Below average pies are these guys specialty! Purchase at your own risk!

Had a mix-up during ordering and had gotten it fixed up by a wonderful employee who also helped me out with changing the order and had also added in coupons to cheapen the total. The employees have gotten my respect for their service and their kindness.
