We had the worst experience we have had in a very long time with this location on 5/15/23. If I could give zero stars, I would. We ordered one medium pan pizza, one medium hand tossed pizza, breadsticks, and boneless wings. The pan pizza was flatter than the hand tossed. It looked absolutely atrocious. The hand tossed pizza was decent. The breadsticks were uncut and had no seasonings…they were literally just a block of baked dough with oil on top. The wings were good but they were supposed to be naked with the sauce on the side. They were tossed in essentially a tablespoon of bbq sauce.

Ordered a pizza 43 minutes ago. Online ordering said 15-20 minutes for pick up. Pull up to the window and give him my name, he laughed and said it’s not even in the oven yet!!! I said “online said only 15 minutes” he laughed again and said “I wouldn’t trust online.” Like ohkay….I asked how long it will take to be ready because I was coming on my lunch break, he said “he has to make it still and put it into the oven” then walked away from the ordering window and I drove off. I WONT be returning in who knows how much time to get the pizza, good thing I didn’t pay yet online 🙂

Ordered a large pizza last night. The dough was still raw and made us sick. I have tried several times ordering from here hoping it’s like the good pizza hut I had growing up and just get sick and disappointed everytime.

Ordered pizza here.. pizza was over cooked, burnt on the top and so hard. When I contacted customer support call was transferred to store which was never answered. Spent 20 mins waiting to report the issue, still couldn’t.

It has been 2 years since we have had Pizza Hut Pizza. We moved to a new home and started using a Pizza Hut close to our home. And then that Pizza Hut closed during the Ohio Pandemic Quarantine. So, we started making our own Pizza and using a competitor.

Thankful blessed man
The pizzas were inconsistent and although supposed to be the same very different as the amount of both the sauce and toppings were different on each. Also, when I order a pizza with three toppings I expect to get a full three toppings. In the case with both of these we were given three toppings on each but not three full toppings as it was more like three toppings together that were equal to the size of one. That is wrong because I paid for three!!

At 4:40 on Friday 7/1/2022 I ordered a double order of bread sticks and an order of mini-Cinnibons while sitting the parking lot outside the facility. The time estimate was 10-20 minutes.
