Best Pizza Hut I’ve had in a long time! We had pretty much given up on Pizza Hut before we moved to Mt. Gilead. We ordered from here the night we moved to town and were not disappointed! The Stuffed Crust and Pan pizza were top-notch. Made me like Pizza Hut again!

Said online they open at 10:30. I called at 10:30 to make an order. Girl taking my order had trouble finding what I was ordering so she went to get manager. Manager had trouble as well. All of the sudden the manager said they don’t open until 11:00. If that is the case then why are you answering the phones or taking my order. Horrible customer service. The manager should know better.

Never in my life have I had a fast food establishment take almost 2 hours to deliver after ordering, hire more people so you’re not short staffed instead of making your manager deliver pizzas she should be going through applications!

When the competition messed up our order the crew at Mt.Gilead pizza hut came thru with flying colors I walked in and ordered 8 large pizzas and they had them ready to go in less then 30 minutes with no prior notice of such a large order. Thank you guys so much you saved our baby shower and 30 hungry people

The food had good flavor. Our server was nice. It took a very long time to get our food (about 40 mins). It didnt appear to be busy. We observed one person in the kitchen area. As time progressed, we saw what appeared to be delivery personnel returning from deliveries and helping with prepping/cooking. We did have a group of 11, but nothing difficult about the orders I don’t believe.
