Order was cooked the time as promised. The melts I ordered were a little disappointing for thr price. Think I’ll skip those in the future. Cooking area looks like it needs a scrubbing. Employees coming in from deliveries didn’t appear to wash their hands.

Trouble with phones? Talked to a lady that barely spoke english, she supposedly never processed my order at all and was transferring me to the store? All the guy said was “sorry”. I showed him the timer on my phone where I was still waiting to be transferred. 15 mins and 40 seconds. Do better!

Absolutely unprofessional and terrible customer service. Randomly closes and cancels your orders even just after you got there. The manager talks over you and bassically tells you there’s nothing they can do when THEY cancel your order.

Ordered pizza tonight. One pan crust, two hand tossed. The pan was not proofed properly, was about half the thickness it should be, and was as far from being fluffy as it gets. The hand tossed tasted like the top burners in the oven weren’t on, and the dough was crunchy on the bottom, and doughy on the top. Worst pizza I’ve ever had by a long shot. The employee working the window was very courteous, and helpful when I picked up the order.

We called.in pizza order, and told them what we wanted. They repeated the order back, and still gave us the wrong toppins. We only ordered two toppings, so they only got it 50% right. First time ordering pizza was right, second time pizza was wrong. I’ll have to see going forward if they can improve.
