Sat down, drinks served and ordered pretty quick. Appetizers and food hit the table pretty fast but there was less than 3 minutes between them being served. Ordered the mini cinnabons for dessert. All food was hot. Waitress was fast and helpful. Coloring sheets brought for the kids. One of the better places we stopped for food. Will probably stop again

I typically hear poor things about Bryan Pizza Hut, so I 99.9% of the time just make the trip to Auburn, IN. I decided to give the Bryan location the benefit of doubt & decided to order there since it is closer to home. After spending a crispy $50 – the only thing satisfactory was the cheese bread and wings. The Big New Yorker looked like it had sat and dried out all day & a simple mushroom pizza, somehow got confused for a chicken and mushroom pizza.. with ranch? Was severely let down, as Pizza Hut is our favorite pizza place and we hadn’t gotten it in awhile, so we were looking forward to this meal. Disappointing ☹️

Placed an online order. Got to the store and they were out of the main item we had wanted and even placed the order for. The employee explained that the GM had told her to “get creative” and offer a substitute. The substitute item we were offered was not something we were interested in and would not have eaten so I just asked for a refund/partial refund. I was told no and that I had to accept a substitute. The employee offered a different item, at which point I had no choice to accept. This is completely unacceptable and I would consider theft. I paid for the item I wanted. If you don’t have that item, give my money back. Period. I will not be ordering from Pizza Hut ever again.

Usually takes up to 2 hours to get food no matter what time you order it. We were basically across the street and even to pick it up would take that long. This last order was perfect in looks, time, taste and the door dash driver was extremely courteous.

Ordered pizza at 7:50. It’s 10:00 pm and still nothing. Called them, had us on hold for over 20 minutes, picked the phone up and then hung up. Just shows the pure laziness coming from people. I used to work at a pizza place, it’s not hard!

Four stars for my local Pizza Hut. Zero stars for Pizza huts absolutely horrible call center bull s***. I was routed to a call center when I attempted to place an order from my local restaurant. I couldn’t understand them, they couldn’t understand me. I was placed on hold, waited and waited and waited. This is completely unacceptable and I will absolutely not order from Pizza Hut again if I have to use that call center. My goodness, who’s stupid idea was this? As usual, the people on the ground doing the work are at the mercy of idiots and suits and consultants. Wake up Pizza Hut this ain’t working

Took 40 minutes to get our Order. We were dining in. Only 1 other table of 4 in the whole place. No drink refills. Got appetizer with meal. Ate appetizer and took our pizza home. Just wanted out of there. Location. Bryan. Ohio. The food was good when we got it
