Walked in to a dirty hot box. Food on the floor and table. Table was extremely wobbly. Hand made sign said wait to be seated. Was handed menus and was told to seat anywhere you want. There were only 2 other tables occupied so it wasn’t that they were to busy to clean the place. After we finally found a “clean” table another couple walked in looked around and walked out. We walked out soon after. 4 customers lost forever.

Ordered a dinner box and a 2 liter last night. Pizza was cold, bread sticks were hard, and we didnt get our 2 liter. It also took almost 2 hours for our order to arrive. I tried to call the store to just get the drink refunded, and sat on hold for 30 minutes. I tried to use the different extensions and was Immediately put on hold every time. Yall need to give me my 2.99 back

Worst Pizza Hut in Northwest Ohio. Orders have continuously been messed up. The pizza is poor quality. The stuff is unpleasant at this location. I have addressed the owner multiple times about this. He offers money off on next orders, but nothing is placed under my name or number. Do not waste your money or time at this location!

I accidently made my online order Carryout, instead of, Delivery. I immediately called the store and the person made the change to Delivery with no problem. I also paid with my VISA. The DoorDash driver brought my food within a reasonable amount of time, but he then asked for the payment in Cash. I told him that is incorrect, I paid with VISA online. He showed me a text on his phone I’d also received, stating to pay in cash. So I called Pizza Hut to speak with the manager to let the DoorDash driver hear, on speaker, that I had already paid and both texts were incorrect. I said, you have to take it up with DoorDash for the incorrectness, and he left.

Will not deliver to inner city. Very disappointed in the discriminatory practices of this establishment. If you are living in a particular area- specifically 43606- they will not deliver. Sad in this day and time a family could not enjoy the tasty pies from Pizza Hut.

The ordering process, and customer service in general has fallen off horrendously since COVID. Attempts to order pizza get you transferred to the local store (in this case, W Sylvania Ave, Toledo, OH) and the call goes unanswered and disconnects. The last order was mediocre in taste and not prepared as requested. The pizzas are getting smaller, the toppings are getting fewer, and all to often part of the order is missing. Contact with corporate led to gratis pizza for the mistake, but the code provided doesn’t work for stuffed crust, and expires in one month if you do not use it. Ironically, the money we paid for the items that didn’t get delivered in the first place has no expiration date on it? Pretty much just sad all around. The entire service industry is just that now, service, without the word customer even feeling like it is part of the equation.

This is the last time I’m ordering from this place. We were regular customers, but the service over the last few months has been horrendous. The last 3 times we ordered, delivery was more than an hour late. Tonight, it was nearly 2 hours for delivery, despite the website saying 25-35 minutes, plus the order was wrong and cold. Whenever we call to inquire about where our order is, we get the manager/owner, who is an extremely rude woman and has no business being in a customer service position.
