The delivery was late. The driver literally dropped in my hands, said here you go, and turned swiftly and left. After opening my order, it was soggy and drenched in grease and appeared to have been pressed underneath something else. I went to return it to the store, arrived at exactly 10:34, and it is closed! There are no cars, no lights on, and the business completely shut down. However, the hours of operation posted on the building and online says closing time is 11:00 pm! So at this point, I’m livid and will not be patronizing any Pizza Hut again!

Overall my experience at this Reynolds Road near Dorr Street location is usually pretty good but I don’t know what’s going on now but yesterday my experience was The Worst Ever I won’t list everything but the main problem I had was my pizza was not cut and impossible to eat on the go without making a mess. The last two times I’ve ordered from this location, an order of cheesesticks, and a stuffed crust pizza, this is how the cheese looked, warm, not cold (see picture). This lo’cation is VERY light on the cheese. Better off going to Li’l Caesars down the street by Bancroft Rd, or my favorite Marcos up the street off Glendale

I ordered online and they were out of an item I ordered instead of calling and explaining they charged me anyways. When my delivery got here breadsticks had so much seasoning they were inedible also they were not cut neither were cinnasticks he said they are pull apart… they definitely were not. I called and the first person I spoke with said sorry can’t do refunds. Called maybe 10 min later spoke to manager and he said he would refund my whole order. Was very disappointing

Had good experiences fora while. The last two times were terrible. Once I ordered around 715. Called in around 8. They were short staffed and I said ok. They said they would get it to me asap. 30 minutes later got cold a d partially burnt pizza. This last time ordered around 7. Got the text by 720 it was out for delivery. 750 called to see where it was at. No answer. Never received anything. Might as well close it down. It’s definitely dropped in quality and customer service.
