I had ordered two 8 piece boneless wings (Burnin Buffalo on right, garlic parmesean on left) and they had next to no sauce on them. No big deal except the lady working there was super rude about it and said she couldn’t make me fresh wings to take home because “thats called product loss”. Instead she could only finally put sauce on them, after taking them home and bring them back, and send me home with cold wings. I just got a refund. I’ve ordered wings from other pizza huts many times and always loved them but this was the saddest excuse for wings Ive ever had. And the lady working needs to get out of customer service. I would have just apologizes and made some new ones but she was being nasty with me as soon as I walked in again and was nasty to my wife when she called about it.

Ordered online which is offered at this location, got confirmation after order was placed what order was, while placing it it was correct checked email and it was wrong. I called the store and sat on hold waiting for someone to answer, had to have my bf call me when he got there. I explained that my order was wrong and before I could even finish a sentence the worker with attitude said “we don’t deal with online orders” then proceeded to tell me I need to pay for what they made and they will make me what I ordered I declined asked for price of breadsticks and she offered to give me free breadsticks. Thanked her then got off phone just for my bf to get home with order and tell me the worker was running her mouth and throwing a fit, but the thing is she stated they always get calls about online orders being messed up! If you don’t deal with online orders then why is it an option for your customers to order that way? Completely unacceptable last time ordering here.

Called in to place an order and waited forever on hold then was given a very high price over the phone. Placed an order for the exact same items online and was $30 cheaper, my guess is they were either trying to get me to not order food or trying to steal from me, either is unacceptable. Website said 30-45 delivery time, after an hour the delivery tracker says it was still at the store. Called and the store said the order was ready but they didn’t know when the driver could bring it so we changed order to carry out. We went and picked up the food and it was cold as ice, our pizza was wrong and they don’t give us sauce for our wings or bread sticks. I haven’t been to this pizza hut n a couple years because their food and service was consistently bad but I thought maybe they had improved, I was wrong this pizza hut is just permanently bad and should be shut down, obviously the people who work here have no idea how to make food let alone run a business.

Ok so to start off we were door dashing and they took forever to get us the food. And then they started running their mouths to my boyfriend in their workplace. I just wish they wouldn’t be so petty and try to start drama when they should be making the food to get out the door. Very upset with the management. They really need to figure something out.
