This was one of my favorite places to eat. But today was a joke the buffet had nothing but trash. Myself and other customers were disgusted. They had multiple pizzas with weird combinations that was untouched. And when I paid my bill I displayed my dissatisfaction with the buffet and the staff acted like it wasn’t a big deal. I won’t be back.

Guess it depends on the people working. Most generally I have a very good experience but my last delivery order was down right horrible the female that took my order has no phone etiquette what so ever she should never answer the phone period, usually get a great experience the lady that usually takes my order has excellent phone etiquette and everyone can learn from her wish I could remember her name.

I’m gonna start this out with I’m not a hard person to get along with. I try to be as nice as possible and understanding when it comes to restaurants. Pizza hut in Bridgeport has great staff. The orders are usually good and the food quality is as it’s expected to be. However, I don’t know what her name is but she’s a supervisor/ boss/ manager? I don’t know but she’s skinny and wears her hair in a braid. Every time a friend or I go there, I hear the same thing: she’s rude. She’s rude to not only the customer but the own employees?? I mean Christ get a grip lady!! It’s not a once or twice ordeal, but every time. I even have friends that have worked there and were treated badly by her, It’s pretty sad. They have some of the nicest employees and they’re usually super polite. This woman really needs to get off of her high horse!! Her attitude needs adjusted
