We are pizza lovers and have loved Pizza Hut in the past but our 2 pizzas were really thin, dry and had very little sauce or cheese. I have never left a bad review before but this is how bad their pizza was. When I called as to give them a chance they were defensive. No more Pizza Hut for this family. Note to the very nice young man who answered the phone… remaking a pizza makes more financial sense than permanently losing a family of customers.

I believe that Pizza Hut could get consistent “Strongly Agree” ratings if they would completely COOK their pizzas before sending them out. While my pie was tasty, it was doughy and not cooked thoroughly. The Personal Pan pie was done perfectly, but the larger pie was not.

The best customer service Ive received in a long time. Travis was phenomenal. Accidentally ordered from the wrong Pizza Hut and had to run to the other one and arrived 4 minutes after close and they brought the food out. Awesome experience and customer service.

The food is extremely fresh and delivered ahead of schedule with a driver (Patricia Swoope) who cared enough to call to verify the address due to the large complex of apartment buildings in our complex. She did a fantastic job.

Ordered the Triple Treat box thing, two 1-topping pizzas and a Cheesestick. The cheesesticks were burnt and dry and overcooked, meanwhile both pizzas were undercooked. The pizza dough was slightly raised and white. There was no golden-brown. Or gold. Or brown. Just flat undercooked doughy dough. And I substituted the classic marinara sauce with the garlic parm sauce, there was only a vague thin veneer of sauce between the cheese and dough. Overall a very bad dinner.
