Staff is friendly. I ordered 3 personal pans. While I was there someone was being trained and I noticed the trainer took time to explain what needed to be done and why. Good to know future employees are being trained properly. There a bench to sit and wait for your food and one table with two chairs to eat or wait at. Establishment is clean.

I am in the process of filing in a compliant with the better business bureau. The business completely ignored my request for no bacon on melt, because I can’t eat pork. Plus, im missing a order of breadsticks. Then when I called to complain, the guy going to say the order is not in his jurisdiction because I ordered through UberEats. The food came through this restaurant. Just horrible customer service and I will never go back to this place. If I would’ve eat that and not pay attention that it was pork on the item, I would have gotten really sick. No accountability, or even trying to make it right. Then the guy reported he didn’t know his managers last name after i ask for the managers name. Then he reported his name was Jermaine Jackson, which honestly I don’t even know if that true. Just horrible.

This is the BEST pizza hut location. I drive past two locations to patronize this one. The employees are professional and courteous to their cuatomers. The only downside is that they need to cut veggies a little bigger. Right now they are thin like paper and not easy to chew. Especially once they shrivel up in the oven they become like paper shreds, not appealing at all. The pizza is always fresh and hot too.

Order a large pizza, some wings, and a pop from here. They forgot my pop not a big deal so I called in to get a refund for it only to be transferred 3 times despite asking to speak to the manager from the start. After which I was told that they don’t issue refunds for orders unless you call to get it the day of only thing is I did call they didn’t pick up the phone even though it was 3 hours before they close. Every single food business out there is able to issue a refund for items there’s no excuse for this type of policy. Seems like a I just cheated out of 4$ if you ask me.
