So normally I don’t do food reviews but I am completely over spending hard earned money on sub-par food and sub-par service. This place is ridiculous. You spend 70$ on food only to receive 1. The wrong order, 2. Pizza that is not fully cooked ( where you have to finish cooking it yourself, 3. ..An attitude from both the order taker and the one who has to redo the order.. God bless you ( notice I did not say cook). We returned the pizza to have them make it right and that was too much to ask I guess because then the pizza was barely cooked and AFTER it was taken out the oven the toppings were thrown on top. Please get it together or hire people who actually love their job and take pride in their service to others…smh ridiculous!!!. I won’t be back.

I ordered the big box deal, what I received compared to the online picture was 200% different. The pizza was thrown into a big box, some of the pizza slices were scattered. The pizza was not separated into their own individual boxes or containers. The bread sticks were literally laying freely upon the pizza, no separated literally everything was just in the box thrown, and the wings barely had any sauce then when I asked for additional sauce it didn’t look like the sauce I order so I asked what sauce was they stated BBQ, which I did not order, Iordered the sweet chili, i want informed that they were out of sweet chili, they just put bbq wings in my box, if i didn’t look over my order i would have never known.

Pizza was bad. Toppings overcooked and bread undercooked. Reported incident, given a credit with an additional $5 added for inconvenience. Seems great only to discover there is no record of credit or even the initial ticket sale.

Pizza hut is a very poorly pizza place now. There pizza always comes cold and under cooked. You can call back and never get a response back. I’ve been waiting on a refund for almost a year now for the last time they screwed up my order. Take my advice go get pizza from somewhere else.

First visit to this location. The pizza was burnt. Tried to tell me that it was because it sat in the warmer 30 minutes. My response was it should be warming not cooking. They offered to remake pizza. When I got home to feed the family the pizzas only had a whisper of sauce. Only one was to have light sauce but they were all less than light sauce.

I ordered for delivery and they gave me the wrong order. I had to drive there to pick up my new order, the manager was extremely rude, I had to fight them to get my money back but only got the delivery fee. The pizza was cold, there was hardly any sauce on it, and it was burnt too. This restaurant handled the client issue very terrible. I wouldn’t recommend coming here.

The website allowed me to order a dual pasta and cheesy bread combo. When I arrived to pick up my order I was told they tried to call and that they did not have pasta available. I asked if they had the cheesy bread and I was asked, “Oh, you still want that?” I replied with a yes. I waited 15 minutes for them to hand me my order. I live 0.8 miles away, less than three minutes of driving, and upon arriving home I discovered all of my food was cold. The pizza was cut extremely unevenly. The wings had barely any seasoning on them and seemed almost undercooked. I also discovered that they had given me a pepperoni p’zone rather than cheesy bread. I waited 15 minutes for cold food, no pasta, no cheesy bread and an extra p’zone. This location has been getting increasingly worse over the years and I’m uncertain we will continue ordering from this store.
