The absolute worst pizza place we have ever been. Over the course of three years we have tried this location three separate times and each time epic fails! Let’s talk about the most recent this evening 7/6/2023. My wife and I walked in to place an order to go as the buffet is not open on Thursday no biggie. We ordered 1 large supreme pizza and also chicken Alfredo pasta was told 15-20 minutes. We pulled up to drive thru 20 minutes later to be told that they are out of pasta and what would we like to substitute. Wife ordered a medium veggie pizza with white sauce because she is allergic to red sauce again told it would be ready 15-20 minutes. Meanwhile first pizza is done and is now sitting in the warmer waiting. We get our food drive home less than 5 minutes go to sit down and the large supreme pizza is extremely tough and chewy and best of all my wife’s pizza does not have white sauce it has red sauce. By far the worst Pizza Hut we have ever been to multiple times and not a single good experience from the food. On the only good note! The waitress Sarah who helped us and took our order and also did what she could to fix it was absolutely outstanding and extremely nice 5 stars to her for sure. Will not ever go back

Ordered a pep. Lovers. Didn’t get what I paid for! Very disappointed! I checked my pizza. Didn’t look correct I went through the drive through a second time to ask the employee if it was correct she stated it was in a rudely manner! I don’t recommend going to this Pizza Hut. It’s the 4th time I’ve had an issue with this location.

Got here at 1234 for the buffet. There were 10 slices of pizza, 5 tables occupied. Once those were gone, it was a 20 minute wait for another. In the meantime, all the pasta, pizza, and lettuce for the salad bar we’re picked clean. No ranch for the salads. No cheese, either. After another 15 minutes, my wife went and refilled our drinks herself. I get being short staffed, but you need to have some level of customer satisfaction, not send your business into a black Friday feeding frenzy because they had to wait for food to arrive

On Saturday 6/3/23 at 4:30pm we picked up a masterpiece of a large BBQ chicken pizza from this pizza hut. The man who created it said that he was proud if his work, as well he should have been. I had a dream about that pizza. Amazing. Will never get our BBQ chicken pizzas from anyone but that dude ever again.

They gave out coupons & then wouldn’t honor them. When you call your order in they give you the total when you get there it’s a completely different price. That happens all the time for their large pizzas.

Terrible, just terrible, from the 2 pizza “buffet” to the brown lettuce salad bar, we have tried this 3 times, will not be back, pizza has gone down hill doesn’t taste good anymore, service.. I can not even with this.. poor girl was alone running the whole place, 1 guy in the kitchen..
