I strongly recommend NOT ordering here. I ordered online and no sauce they gave me x2 with no cheese. I called, what a joke, it’s my fault even though I have email confirmation. Corporate is email only and I don’t expect anything just admit you make mistakes like all of us. No biggie

The saddest pizza ever. Somehow the pizza was sent to the store stuffed crust pizza with no cheese. So the lady offered to put cheese on it and throw it back in the oven. It was hard as a rock and didn’t even eat it. The pizza was so thin and way too much sauce… just wanted a stuffed crust pizza with half pepperoni…. that was so hard

This is my first visit to this Pizza Hut location, and it certainly won’t be my last. I ordered for pickup, received super friendly service, and the food was fantastic! Along with the accompanying picture of my personal pan pizza, I ordered the baked chicken alfredo and some breadsticks. This was, hands down, the best pasta I’ve gotten from any Pizza Hut. The cheese was bubbly and golden, the topping was flavorful, and it was not at all bereft of sauce! The pizza was so good, I had to sneak a slice before showing the world. I’ll be ordering again soon!

Tried the NY pizza. Pizza was dry and didnt have the extra sauce I ordered on the pizza or the extra cheese I paid for. We have ordered the NY pizza at Papa Johns many times before and it was so much better than Pizza Hut. Haven’t ordered Pizza Hut in a long time and now I remember why.

The pizza was so thin and dry like a piece of cardboard. When I called to complain I was told by the shift leader (As he was yelling across the kitchen to the CSR I was on the phone with) that my pizza was made no different than the standard hand tossed crust and it’s usually spread thinner, and if I wanted a thicker crust I had to pay a dollar more. I replied by saying that I have been ordering pizza from this store for 13 years now and I don’t ever recall it being as thin as it was. The CSR offered to remake my order but the problem was I ordered carry out and wasn’t able to get back out to get it, and I asked if there was anything else that they can do. The shift lead continued to yell across the kitchen and was very rude and unprofessional saying that there’s nothing else they can do and to call the GM the next day. I asked the CSR what the shift leads name was and he would not divulge it in fear of his job. The CSR was very pleasant and professional, whereas the shift lead needs a course in sensitivity training and professionalism.

We ordered the special two mediums and a order of chicken wings. Chicken was ok but the pizza was horrible it just didn’t look or taste fresh we called in and they had no problem replacing the pepperoni or the sausage pizza. When I got to the store and opened up the replacement pizza you could tell just by looking just like before the pizza was not fresh.theres no point in complaining because thats the best they can do unfortunately not all pizza hut’s are bad just this one I love pizza hit pizza but the south Ave pizza hit should close their doors until they learn how to make pizzas that live up to the pizza hit legacy
