When I got home. I realized my pizza wasn’t cooked all the way through. So, I called the store. I didn’t want to come back. She said we’ll tell John he processes returns. I’ve called 3 more times and I still have no refund. If I could go lower than a 1. I most certainly would.

We ordered a large pizza at 6:20. I call after 2 hours of waiting to be told the delivery girl “called us and knocked on the door”. We never got a call, even though the correct number was on the contact info given. We never heard any knocking either. They said they’ll re-make it and send a doordash driver to give it to us. Its 9 now and I still have no pizza. I’m never ordering here again.

I have ordered pizza twice recently with the instruction to make it well done….crispy crust on the bottom. Both times it was not even done, it was limp and not completely cooked! I feel like their attitude is get it cooked fast damn what the customer wants! I will not be returning to this store.

At 12:10 pm ordered 2 pizzas for delivery 1.4 miles away. Was told it would be a 40 min wait. At 12:47 received call that driver had “to take his wife to the emergency room.” So they said they would have Door Dash deliver my order and it would take another 20 mins. Now I had to use a credit card instead of cash which worries me. Said I MUST have a receipt. No problem, he said. Then I get a text at 12:57 from Door Dash that my order would be delivered at 1:35 (more than 20 mins).
